When she made it to the elevator, the doors were just opening. Inside, stood a man exuding an icy aura, gazing at her with a somber face.
Titus Zane stood frozen outside the elevator, tilting her head up. As Nathan Moore strode out with long steps, he reached out and grasped her wrist, and in a swift twist,
Titus Zane’s back was pressed against the wall behind her.
Before she could speak, a kiss overwhelmed her. His strong hands cradled her face as he kissed her fervently. Her eyes widened, her delicate brows furrowed—Titus Zane seemed to not yet grasp what was happening.
Only when the ambiguous sounds of sucking and kissing entered her ear did Titus Zane react, her hands pushing against Nathan Moore’s chest while she tried to avoid him with her small face.
"Nathan Moore... mmm... this is the hallway... mmm... let go..."
Her breathy voice, whether due to nervousness or the lips that sealed her breath, kept dodging left and right, but she couldn’t escape Nathan Moore’s ardor.
Their lips joined, their chests pressed together, and through the thin silk of her dress, the scorching heat from Nathan Moore’s body seared her heart.
In front of her was the fiery warmth of Nathan Moore’s chest, and her unzipped back was tightly pressed against the Marble wall.
The contrasting sensations of ice and fire stimulated a certain factor within her body. And then, that factor became restless, bubbling with glee as it surged through her veins.
Her wide eyes, at some point, had softly closed, and her trembling lashes were the fluttering of her soul.
Her arm wrapped around Nathan Moore’s neck; even with her tall stature, she seemed somewhat petite standing in front of the six-foot-two man, especially since she was slouching out of her shoes.
She pointed her tiptoes, taking the initiative to offer her tender tongue, feeling like she was enveloped in flames, her entire body burning.
The hand that had cupped her cheek now found its way to her back, hugging her skin. When he gently caressed her, the heat of his palm was scorching, just like their passionate kiss.
"Shall we go back to my place or to your room?" A husky voice steeped in passion and desire emanated between their interlocked lips. Titus Zane bit her lip, then once again proactively kissed Nathan Moore’s chin, "I... am a bit scared..."
Scared to ruin this wonderful feeling, wanting to break through yet fearing she might vomit again.
At this moment, Titus Zane could not concern herself with much else; seizing the beautiful sensation, seizing the absence of any adverse reaction, she wanted to break the curse of resisting men.
Moreover, the man before her had shared skinship numerous times in the past. If he could help her break through, it would be far more comforting than randomly pulling in a stranger.
"Don’t be afraid..." The two words were somewhat muffled, kisses landing on her eyebrows and lips, desperate and without any kind of technique.
"I’ll make you comfortable, I won’t force you..."
Without hearing a response from Titus Zane, Nathan Moore emphasized once more amidst the space they shared, "Really, I won’t force you..."
In the past, when he had forced her, it would stir up an exciting factor within her, but now, he didn’t want to see her suffer helplessly.
"Titus..." A soft call next to her ear, the feeling of their temples brushing against each other was intoxicating. In a daze, her feet lifted off the ground as she was held by the waist. As they kissed and moved towards the apartment door, the fervent lips migrated to her neck, "Good girl, open up..."
As if lulling her to sleep, her slender fingers fumbled for the keypad, and by instinct, she pressed a few buttons. With a beep, the apartment door swung open. She felt a lift at her feet as Nathan Moore carried her inside. With a long step, he kicked the door closed, and with another swift turn, pinned her against the door panel.
