The phone beside the pillow started vibrating, and Nathan Moore also opened his eyes, turned off the alarm, and glanced over. The woman resting on his arm was still fast asleep, sweet and serene.

"Darling, you’re awake..." Nathan’s muffled voice came from under the blanket, accompanied by heart-fluttering swallowing sounds.
"Nathan Moore, come out..." Titus Zane tried to avoid him but he was held tightly, and she didn’t dare to use too much strength for fear of worsening his injuries.
"Mmm, just a little longer..."
At the sensitive spot, Titus Zane bit her lip and her voice trembled slightly, "Nathan Moore..."
A head emerged from under the blanket, with slightly tousled bangs hanging over his forehead, Nathan Moore’s face was flush, whether from being under the covers too long or for some other reason.

"Darling, look there," letting go of Titus Zane’s lips, they both turned to look out the window. With the first firework bursting, a series of fireworks soared, ascending to the night sky, and in the moment of explosion, scattered into countless sparkling stars.
"Mmm... so... beautiful..." Titus Zane couldn’t help but exclaim with admiration, her voice still unsteady with breath, "There’s something even more beautiful coming," Nathan Moore watched the blushing woman with a secret glance, a slight smile on his lips.
His woman, always so beautiful, like a Fairy untouched by worldly desires in her cold moments, yet now, she resembled a gorgeously blooming lotus, making him irresistibly want to cherish her and let her beauty bloom more radiantly.
Nathan Moore silently timed the moments, feeling her tension but refusing to relent until it was almost time, then he quickened the pace, listening to the accelerating pants from the woman in his arms, his lip corners lifting higher, "Darling, don’t close your eyes, look there."
His other hand lifted Titus Zane’s head, forcing her to watch the fireworks explode across the sky, and amidst the colorful stars, a few prominent letters came into view.
