It wasn’t that she had a particularly good memory; it was just that Vanessa Armstrong’s appearance was too distinctive, with long hair draped over her shoulders, slightly upturned eyebrows and eyes, giving off an unapproachable vibe, not the kind-hearted sort.
"What’s wrong?" Noticing Mia Foster’s unusual behavior, Felix Shaw also glanced at the next booth but felt no particular emotion towards strangers.
"Ah, it’s nothing, I mistook her for a colleague from abroad. I thought she had come back to the country too," Mia Foster said with a smile, picking up the teapot and pouring tea for herself and Felix Shaw.

It was rare for Felix Shaw to be so assertive. Although he was a year older than Mia Foster, his maturity was child-like, and moreover, he always felt a sense of guilt and fear when facing Mia Foster.
As she filled her teacup and put down the teapot, Mia Foster smiled at her cup and said, "Felix, there are no secrets between you and me. Even if there are secrets I wouldn’t tell you, it would only be for your own good, not wanting you to get hurt."
"I’m not afraid of getting hurt," Felix Shaw was still leaning back in his chair, his arms casually resting on top in a lackadaisical manner, but his words were very serious, "Mia, if you know something, don’t hide it, tell me."

Felix Shaw was sitting facing the restaurant entrance, while Mia Foster’s back was to it, so anyone coming into the restaurant could be clearly seen from Felix Shaw’s position.
