Gu Qichen noticed that Xia Yangyang’s complexion seemed a little off.

Xia Yangyang knew he’d probably not going anywhere.
But she barely had the strength to show someone the door.
She simply grabbed a pillow and a blanket from the bed and went to the bedroom next door.

But as soon as she blurted out these words, Xia Yangyang froze.
Because Gu Qichen was standing at the door, holding a bowl of noodles.
Xia Yangyang was taken aback; her unfinished sentence stuck in her mouth, not able to come out.
