Mr. Sterling, Mrs. Sterling is Multifaceted! Chapter 118

Seraphina Redgrave walked towards Mia Redgrave with the wooden carving, Mia almost burst into tears, desperately trying to escape, her pure white gauze dress crumpled: "What are you going to do! What are you going to do! Seraphina, don’t come near! You wretch! You wretch!"

The bodyguard pressed Mia firmly in place.

"Seraphina, what exactly are you going to do?"

Leo Lynch looked at Seraphina in shock, unsure of her intentions.

Seraphina seemed deliberate, slowly approaching Mia, the wooden carving grating against the floor with a piercing sound, then surprisingly lifting the one-meter-long, thigh-thick carving single-handedly, her eyes cold.

In the next instant, Seraphina swung the carving, aiming at Mia’s calf.

She didn’t hesitate at all.

Mia couldn’t help but scream, her voice almost breaking, her body limp as she fell, but the bodyguard held her up, unable to move.

The Lynch family’s servants all huddled in the corner watching Seraphina, too afraid to approach.

Leo was completely stunned.

Seraphina would actually do such a cruel thing.

Seraphina stood before Mia, tossed away the cane, lifted Mia’s chin, and looked at her indifferently: "I promised Lena Lynch not to kill you, but that promise is limited to not killing."

Getting hurt doesn’t mean you can’t survive, right?

This approach was something taught to her by the Redgrave Family, to utterly eliminate enemies.

Seraphina then turned to Leo: "Want to know what I’m going to do with Mia? Let me tell you, people in Z country who are crippled in both legs are sent to a certain place—Mia will go to that place."

Such people naturally get sent to forbidden areas.

Leo looked at Seraphina, eyes full of disbelief.

Mia finally stopped cursing, for she was out of energy and fainted.

Seeing Mia finally quiet down, Seraphina waved her hand, leaving without turning back.

The bodyguard tossed Mia aside, turned around, and left.

Leo chased after Seraphina, grabbing her wrist, the wound on his neck still bleeding, but he didn’t have the strength to care: "Seraphina, wait, I still have something to ask you."

Seraphina coldly shook off Leo’s hand, looking at the unconscious Mia on the ground: "You’d better stop concerning yourself with Mia, or the next one to die will be the Lynch Family."

"Seraphina, we’re friends." Leo was somewhat displeased, "Besides, Mona is already in a bad state, if I keep—"

Hearing this, Seraphina indifferently raised her brows, turned her back on Leo, and left without uttering another word to him.

She could only persuade him so much, if Leo refused to listen to advice, then he shouldn’t blame her for being unkind.

Leo still wouldn’t give up.

Granny Coleman watched Leo appear as though he intended to be disrespectful to their young lady, immediately rushed forward to push Leo aside, not even considering what he was—who dared to compete with Young Master Sterling for their lady.

Hibiscus Garden was bordered by a long cement road, flanked by beautiful maple trees.

The maple trees grew splendidly, the pale blue sky peeking through the gaps between the dense leaves, the road itself adorned with patches of sunlight.

Seraphina jogged along the sidewalk, sweat covering her face, not even considering wiping it away, just kept running without pause.

The road felt endless, as if one could never see the finish. Updates are released by novel⦿fire.net

A black sports car followed leisurely behind Seraphina.

The man in the driver’s seat wore a black shirt, his elbow casually resting on the car window, cuffs rolled up revealing elegant wrist bones. The man’s sharp brows and eyes focused on the figure ahead.

She kept running nonstop.

Light filtered through the leaves to scatter on her body, then slipped away.

The girl ran faster and faster, even the man driving the sports car couldn’t keep up as he gradually fell behind.

The man in the sports car raised an eyebrow, pressed the pedal, chasing after her while honking the horn.

A harsh engine roar and horn sounded behind Seraphina.

Seraphina gradually slowed, shifting from running to walking, then glanced sideways, face-to-face with an all-black, ostentatiously excessive supercar.

The man rolled down the car window.

Predictably, it was Ethan Sterling.

Ethan controlled the car’s speed, persistently keeping pace with Seraphina, smirking as he looked at her: "Heard you’ve been running for a while, won’t you be trying to escape from me on these legs?"

A cello-like magnetic voice tinged with sarcasm.

"Just looking to exercise."

Seraphina spoke coldly.

The Redgrave Family finally settled, her mood mixed, so a run helped clear her mind.

This talk of running away was purely spoken by Ethan to disgust Seraphina—Ethan’s people hardly left an inch of distance from her.

"I’m all sweaty from running, don’t want to sit, walking back will do."

Seraphina said, ceasing to run, turning to walk towards the villa.

The flamboyant supercar spun a 180-degree drift beside her, once again following her, heedlessly driving in the middle of the road.

After all, this entire area belonged to the Sterling Family.

Seraphina was surprised to see Ethan had followed her again.

"Nathan Ayers found through investigation that relevant departments are now seeking out that woman known as whatever Redgrave, she’ll soon be thrown into the forbidden area."

Ethan tilted his head to speak to Seraphina.

Indeed, she was unable to move, her parents were in trouble—death was their inevitable fate.

Now lacking self-care ability, with no family, she could only be sent to the forbidden area.

How many days could Mia, soaked in the sweetness of life since childhood, survive in the forbidden area?

Walking, Seraphina seriously spoke to the man in the car: "Young Master Sterling, truly thank you."

Hearing this, the man in the car turned his head to look at her: "Why?"

"I publicly crippled Mia and was prepared to face legal judgment, but now no one has come to find me, of course, I must thank Young Master Sterling."

Seraphina spoke politely.

She wasn’t stupid; publicly breaking the law in Sovereign and escaping justice certainly had Ethan’s protection.

Shortly after speaking, the black sports car beside her suddenly accelerated, turning sharply before her, blocking her path completely.

Seraphina could only stop.

He got out of the car, closed the door, leaned on the car, staring at Seraphina, his gaze full of ironic intent: "Turns out you recognized my hand, I thought you might pin it on that Lynch boy."

Standing still, his eyes showed a depth Seraphina couldn’t understand.

Seraphina felt a bit puzzled.

What happened with the Lynch family?

"You haven’t considered it might be the Lynch family’s second son who protected you?"

Ethan looked at Seraphina, coldly questioning her.

A poor answer and everyone might have to endure Ethan’s rage.

Lynch family’s second son?

"If he hadn’t stopped me from dealing with Mia, that would have been enough—I couldn’t possibly rely on him."

Seraphina spoke without thinking.

Since his phone call sent her into the hands of the Redgrave Family, she no longer relied on Leo Lynch.

Hearing Seraphina’s words, Leo’s expression toward Seraphina changed.

Suddenly, Leo hugged Seraphina’s waist tightly, pulling her close, staring into her clear eyes.
