Seraphina Redgrave listened to the teacher’s ordinary yet confident speech and couldn’t help but laugh aloud.
The teachers, who secretly found it amusing, all broke into a sweat for Seraphina Redgrave.
After all, this teacher was the most formidable one in The Law School.
Every student before had treated this teacher with great respect, but Seraphina Redgrave dared to mock him?
Upon seeing Seraphina’s laughter, the teacher immediately became furious, his face as dark as the bottom of a pot: "What’s so funny?"
"Since the leadership knows about the things I’ve done in the past, they should know that dealing with a powerful senator was within my capabilities, so handling a mere teacher is no difficult task for me."
Seraphina spoke slowly, her lips curled and her eyes full of sarcasm.
Teacher Young tossed the teacup out of his hand: "Who do you think you are to speak to me like that? Without my permission, you wish to enter The Law School? Wishful thinking!"
As long as he disagreed, Seraphina Redgrave would never enter The Law School in her lifetime.
The teacup shattered instantly.
Tea leaves splattered everywhere, with some even landing on Seraphina’s white shoes. Glancing at them, she laughed instead, looking at Teacher Young, and said calmly: "Since the teacher has spoken against my admission to The Law School, I will leave for now. However, since I can’t study law, I might have free time to check if any teachers here have made mistakes, such as corporal punishment or accepting bribes from parents."
Teacher Young widened his eyes at her, his small eyes enlarging to twice their size.
"Thank you, teacher, for giving me free time." She then nodded to the other teachers: "Teachers, I’ll be heading back now."
Just as she finished speaking, Seraphina Redgrave turned and left the office.
Thirty minutes later, she truly walked out of the office; she could now study at The Law School.
Outside the office, she saw a crowd of students, all looking at Seraphina Redgrave with awe.
How could any student dare speak to Teacher Young like that?

Seraphina looked at the corridor, which was blocked off with people, and frowned.

The Law School and The College of Arts had distinctly different styles, with every building being solemn and orderly, lacking any design sense from The College of Arts.
Seraphina carried the box towards the most solemn white-capped building.
Compared to the bustling office corridor, this place was especially quiet.
She entered the door, and sunlight poured down, shining on her.
"Seraphina Redgrave!"
A gentle yet urgent voice rang out.
Seraphina lifted her head with the box in her arms and saw a figure standing near the wall not far away, wearing a white shirt and looking at her silently.
Seraphina didn’t know why Leo Lynch came to find her.
So, she could only stand there quietly and watch as Leo Lynch approached.
As he came closer, Seraphina noticed he didn’t look well. There were even red marks in his eyes from studying.
"They said you walked this way, so I took a chance, and it turned out I actually found you." Leo Lynch stood there, firmly looking at Seraphina: "Can we talk?"
"We have nothing to talk about."
Seraphina looked at him.
The only common topic between them was Mia Redgrave.

Leo Lynch looked at Seraphina’s cold eyes and, with a touch of self-mockery, curled his lips: "I initially thought of many things to say to you before coming, but now that I’m here, I don’t know what to say."
"If you don’t know what to say, don’t force yourself. I’m leaving."
She didn’t want to see Leo Lynch hesitate any longer; she had more important things to do.
Seraphina prepared to leave with the box. Leo Lynch was momentarily stunned but quickly reacted and grabbed Seraphina’s wrist: "Seraphina Redgrave, why are you so eager to leave?"
Seraphina turned around and saw a gray limited-edition sports car parked outside.
Although the color of the car wasn’t eye-catching, since The Law School prohibited cars, it was unclear how this one got in, parked right there, facing them.
Despite it being noon with the sun shining brightly, for some reason, the car emanated a chilling aura to Seraphina.
It was as if some man-eating beast was staring at her, and goosebumps covered her skin.
"Seraphina Redgrave, can you tell me more about what happened three years ago?"
Leo Lynch stood there, holding Seraphina’s wrist, asking.
Seraphina didn’t respond, feeling something was wrong. As she glanced again, the gray sports car suddenly roared to life, its owner clearly stepping on the gas, as it rushed towards them.
Seraphina reacted quickly, flinging off Leo Lynch’s hand and dodging behind a pillar with the box.
The sports car crashed straight towards them, shattering all the glass windows of the building.
The gray car seemed to absorb all the light, crazily wanting the world to fall with it.
The sports car even slammed directly into the building.
Seraphina, holding her box, found a safe corner where the car couldn’t reach. Leo Lynch, however, couldn’t react or move as quickly as Seraphina, and glass shards cut his arm, staining his white shirt with blood.
The car drifted to a stop inside the building.
"Seraphina, are you okay?"
Leo Lynch, realizing what had happened, ignored his injuries and anxiously wanted to find Seraphina.
Seraphina said coldly. When the sports car came crashing in, she caught a good look at the man in the driver’s seat.
If Leo Lynch dared to come over, they could both die.
Seraphina’s heart raced, though she wasn’t sure why.
Dust kicked up by the car began to settle slowly.
The sports car parked in the center, its top slowly retracting.
Ethan Sterling sat in the sports car, dressed entirely in black, making his presence even more imposing. Leaning against the seat, with his hand on the steering wheel, his amber eyes looked darkly at the two, as a sarcastic smile tugged at his lips: "Ha, planning to run away with this man?"
He was clearly smiling, but it inexplicably instilled fear in those who saw it.
