Brother-in-law, Please Conduct Yourself With Dignity
The warm sunlight shone through the open curtains and onto the bed. The gentle curves of a bulge were visible under the soft blanket. The room was quiet and warm.
Suddenly, a calm male voice sounded out of nowhere. “Baby, it’s time to get up. Three, two…” Before it could continue, the person on the bed immediately sat up. “I’m awake, I’m awake…”
The male voice continued, “Wash up, go for your run, and remember to eat the breakfast on the dining table. After that, it’s free and easy. Don’t forget we’re having lunch together today.”
Ye Yao stared at the camera on the wall gloomily and nodded with complete despair. “I know, I know…”
Huo Buyu’s spoke again through the camera. “Be good…”
Ye Yao retorted, “Be good… be good, my foot. I hope something falls on you and crushes your skull!” He had to be crazy, waking her up so early in the morning!
As soon as Ye Yao finished speaking, the doll hanging on the wall suddenly fell on her head. “Ouch…” She threw the toy aside gloomily.
Huo Buyu’s sneer could be heard through the camera. “Ha…”
Ye Yao pursed her lips, unable to curse Huo Buyu lest it backfired! Every time she scolded him in silence, she would be the unlucky one in the end!
She got out of bed obediently. Otherwise, Huo Buyu would certainly lose his temper again if he saw that she was still in bed. To be honest, she was quite afraid of Huo Buyu. This person was terrifyingly possessive and controlling! She was frightened enough to want to break up with him!
She washed up, went for a training run, then ate breakfast.

A smile spread across Zhou Chen’s handsome face when he saw her turning around. He quickly took a few steps forward. “Ye Yao, it’s really you!” He wanted to give her a hug, but Ye Yao stopped him.
She smiled but appeared reserved. “Brother-in-law, please conduct yourself with dignity.”
Zhou Chen’s expression changed instantly. There was anger, guilt, and self-blame…
In silence, Ye Yao studied this face that she had been so terribly infatuated with in the past. She was surprised at how calm she was at seeing Zhou Chen again. It seemed getting over someone she used to love deeply wasn’t so difficult after all.
Zhou Chen had a pained expression on his face. “Ye Yao, are you still unwilling to forgive me?”
Three months ago, Ye Yao and Zhou Chen were just getting engaged, but a few days before the engagement, Zhou Chen actually slept with her half-sister, Ye Sui, and it even made news.

Ye Yao chuckled. “What forgiveness are you talking about? I will never touch trash left behind by others.”
Zhou Chen panicked when he noticed Ye Yao’s calmness. “Ye Yao… hear me out. I just couldn’t resist the temptation for a moment…”
Couldn’t resist the temptation? To think that he could say that. What kind of man couldn’t even control his own lower body? She must have been blind to have fallen in love with this man! Ye Yao rolled her eyes inwardly.
“Zhou Chen…” Ye Sui, in a white dress, walked daintily towards Zhou Chen with a smile. However, the moment she saw Ye Yao, her pupils constricted. “Ye Yao, what are you doing here!”
