Xia Youchen did not respond, instead watching with interest. After lying dormant in Exotic Beast Valley for a millennium, the loneliness and solitude could only be imagined. Now finally returned to the world, it was somewhat amusing to encounter such a despicable clown.
"Senior, are you looking for their essence blood? I’ll get to work and kill them for you," Qu Fengting said, seeing that Xia Youchen had not spoken and, assuming his own words had moved him, quickly got to his feet and volunteered eagerly.

If you were to kill or wound them, the essence blood would be greatly diminished. Wouldn’t that ruin my plans?" After speaking, Xia Youchen commanded the Qiongqi directly, "Kill them, suck their essence blood dry."
The Qiongqi cocked its head, looking at Mu Hanyan and the others, but it hesitated, even taking a half-step back.
Could it be that it hadn’t fully recovered its senses after being reborn, or was the grade of the Beast Blood Pearl extracted from the Exotic Beast insufficient? Xia Youchen wondered, guessing to himself.
"By my command, respect my contract, heed my orders, slaughter them all." Xia Youchen again chanted that arcane language, extending an arm and pointing at the young swordsmen present.
"Roar." All around, packs of Exotic Beasts howled to the heavens, once again baring their sharp claws and teeth.
However, perhaps due to some inaccuracies in his contract incantations, the Exotic Beasts did not immediately attack, and they seemed somewhat bewildered.
