Then she threw a look at the expression on Mrs. Gu’s face.
Gu Chaoyan suddenly realized that Mrs. Gu had set up Gu Chaoyan before in the court when she was a lovely lady of the family. Mrs. Gu smiled with satisfaction and asked with a hypocritical smile, “Chaoyan, what is it, feeling unwell?”
Gu Chaoyan found Mrs. Gu’s smile was extremely annoying, but she still nodded with effort. She looked uncomfortable.
Seeing the situation, Princess Gu asked with concern, “What about going into the wing room for a break?” She then said to her maid, “Tao’er, bring Lady there!”

Gu Chaoyan heard the clicking sound of the lock.
