Chapter 17: Eccentric Woman
Rafael’s eyes lit up, observing them intently. He was like a fanboy, just wishing he could captured this scene and show it to others.
Meanwhile, Mike stepped closer to the woman, his heart thumping with anticipation. Would she... Kissed him again? He wished so.
Like the earlier posture, those massive breasts pressed against his chest, stirring something in both his heart and pants. But this time, he didn’t step back.
Mike spoke first. "Yes?"
Elvida tilted her head. "Why do you keep looking at me like that?"
"Like what?"
"Like you want to kiss me again... Am I right?"
Would it be bad if he just went for what he wanted?
But Rafael was still there, his intense gaze about to bore boring a hole into them. So Mike said nothing and let Elvida take his silence for whatever she wanted.
And her answer?
She stood on her tiptoes and kissed his lips again. This time, she deepened the kiss, her tongue slipping into his mouth, exploring the inside.
During that time, several notifications rang in Mike’s head:

Feeling energized, Mike decided to take the lead.

He glanced at the perpetrator, clenching his fist.
"What did you do to me?" he demanded, gritting his teeth.
She was still smiling, more sensually than usual but the coldness in her eyes was unmistakable.
Mike’s heart pounded.
"From now on... you’re attached to me."
"...Wh–what do you mean?" He could still talk normally, but he knew something had changed.
Elvida waved her hand dismissively. "Don’t worry. Give it a few minutes. It’ll mold perfectly to your throat, and you won’t feel any discomfort."
"What the fuck did you do to me?!" Mike nearly shouted, his wide eyes locked on her.
He had known from the beginning that she was dangerous, but he never expected to be lured into a beauty trap and given something he didn’t even understand.
Seeing the fury in his eyes, Elvida grinned.
No remorse. No fear. Just a smug grin, like someone who’d won a bet.
She grabbed Mike’s collar, speaking softly, "I put my trust in you because I thought you’d be obedient, that you would be mine. Don’t betray that thought."
Mike took several deep breaths to calm the rage building in his chest.
What the hell is wrong with this woman?!
[System, what did she give me?]
He waited, but the system didn’t respond.
[Playing dead, huh?] Mike gritted his teeth and turned back to Elvida.
"Elvida..." His voice trembled with rage, though he tried to stay composed. "What did you give me?"
Elvida licked her lips, resting a soft palm on his cheek. Her touch was cold.
She held his gaze, her golden eyes glowing like gemstones.
"Don’t be afraid."
’I fucking am. Who wouldn’t be? I don’t wanna die!’
"Lean closer. I want to tell you a secret."
He didn’t want to. What if she did something to his ear? But he leaned in anyway for he wanted an answer, his ear next to her lips.
"Ouch!" Mike yelped, stepping back and rubbing his ear. He stared at the blood on his fingertips.
"YOU ARE CRAZY!" he finally snapped.
She was a devil.
He swore he’d never met someone as eccentric and infuriating as her. He was furious, but so fucking powerless to do anything.
Determination hardened his chest.
He’d make her pay for this.
Elvida’s chest swayed as she laughed softly, her voice dripping into a whisper.
"You’re so cute like this... with that rage in your eyes. Like you want to tear me apart," she purred. "I love that... I like that look," she murmured. "Honestly, your ears are just so cute and distracting. I was sincerely planning to say something, but your pretty ears got in the way. I’m sorry, okay?"
Mike growled. "You don’t look like you were."
"I didn’t?" She shrugged. "Maybe you’re right. I’d do anything to take a bite out of every part of your body."
Mike took a deep breath. Did she even mean that? Right now, he felt like every word from those red lips was a lie.
Still, he needed to calm down when dealing with this insane woman.
"I said come closer."
Mike instantly took a step back.
"Uh... I’m not planning to bite you this time. I sincerely just want to tell you the truth."
"And you think I’d believe that?" What if she bit his ear off completely this time? Or grabbed his collar and strangled him?
Sensing his hesitation, she said more seriously, "I promise to tell you the truth this time."
"I don’t trust you."
"My bad... but..." She tilted her head again. "Don’t you want to know what I gave you? Or how to remove it? I thought you’d be curious."
Ahhh, this woman really knew how to poke at someone’s weak spot.
Mike looked at her seriously. "Swear it."
"What?"
"Swear you won’t bite me again." He shook his head, trying to sound stern. "If you dare bite my ears again or do anything I don’t want... I’ll... I’ll..." His gaze dropped to her chest, then back to her face. "I’ll suck your boobs off."
Elvida froze, her cheeks flushing red.
That serious gaze, that determined expression...
She stared at Mike with a knowing smile. If only he knew how tempted she was to bite his ears again, just to get that "punishment."
Too tempting. Such a pity she couldn’t. For now.
