Busy times always seem to make people forget their troubles and sadness. Cen Jin also tries her best not to think of those messy things and keeps herself occupied. Even during her lunch break, she focuses on the latest design concepts and hardly dares to slack off.

After two in the afternoon, the previously scheduled client arrived, and both Ye Lingran and Cen Jin became busy with work, leaving them no time to think about anything else, until the client finally chose elements and left after five-thirty.

Instinctively, she picked up her phone to see if there were any missed calls or unread texts and WeChat messages, but the blank screen inevitably left her feeling a bit empty inside.
"Cen Jin, what’s wrong?" Ye Lingran walked over, tilted her head, and looked at her, "President Yun is here."

"Oh." Cen Jin responded, instinctively touching her lips, thinking about the lipstick she applied in the morning. She hadn’t touched it up all day, nor checked a mirror. Hearing Ye Lingran’s words, she hurriedly took out her cushion and lipstick from her bag to start fixing her makeup.
With both hands on the steering wheel, Yun Qi smoothly steered the car. Hearing their conversation, he couldn’t help but glance at the rearview mirror at that fresh and cute face, his lips curving slightly, with a flash of indistinct intent in his eyes.
Upon reaching the venue, Yun Xi immediately put down her wine glass upon seeing them. She hurried towards them, rushing to their side in her five-centimeter high heels, and wrapped her arms around their shoulders, saying, "You finally arrived. If you hadn’t, I would’ve died of boredom."

Yun Xi glanced around and stuck her tongue out at him before silently withdrawing her arms from Cen Jin’s and Ye Lingran’s shoulders.
