Lu Shishu leaned back in his chair, took a small sip of wine, seemingly completely disregarding her, chuckled lightly, and spoke slowly.
Being spoken to so bluntly by Lu Shishu, Liu Yu Ying felt embarrassed, but quickly hid her awkwardness, smiled, and continued, "Shi Shu, don’t say that! I know you envy me for getting married, but I thought you’d be the first among us to tie the knot! But... things are hard to predict, oh well!"

Several people stood up to voice their agreement. Liu Yu Ying had originally intended to show off and embarrass Yu Feici, Lu Shishu, and Cen Jin but ended up achieving nothing and had to leave reluctantly.

But Jiang Baizhou didn’t look over, instead gazed calmly ahead, leisurely picked up his water cup and took a sip, completely ignoring Liu Yu Ying.
