Hearing what Ke Ting just said, Gui Xiaoxu paused and then took the invitation letter. After reading it, he said, "Clear my schedule tomorrow."
"You are going to the banquet?" Ke Ting asked with a hint of surprise in his voice.
Placing the letter back down, Gui Xiaoxu stood and walked to the floor-to-ceiling windows. As he looked at the blue sky, his lips curved up slightly.
Lighting a cigarette, he replied, "There is someone I want to meet there."
When he said that, Ke Ting’s interest was piqued. Leaning on the mahogany table, he said, "Boss, I have known you for years, but this is the first time I have seen you interested in someone."
After a short moment of silence, Gui Xiaoxu replied, "She might be the only one who can save my Gui Clan."

"Understood. Please send me the details. I will book the plane tickets and arrange transportation right away," Hua Yuyu replied.
After saying that, he paused for a moment and asked, "Do you need me to book a hotel room for you?"
Bai Hanyun rubbed her chin thoughtfully before saying, "No need. I will handle the hotel myself."

She pressed the call button and waited patiently.

Bai Hanyun smiled and replied, "Assistant Ruan, I’m sorry for only calling now. I hope everything is going well for you since we last met."
