In his opinion, to build one Floating Airship would take at least a few years, some components with very high precision requirements. Only an Advanced Rune Master, or even a Master Rune Master, would have the skill to inscribe certain critical runes.
If there was any discrepancy, the entire airship could be scrapped, and all the invested capital and materials would be wasted.
