My Apocalypse Territory Chapter 754

This island is not big; the curved coastline forms a crescent shape. Far from the shallows where the water is deep enough, several flagship-level warships are anchored, each exceeding two hundred meters in length.

These ships maintain a certain distance from each other. Numerous pirate figures can be seen aboard, and within the observation range of the Deep Sea Giant Shark, even more small boats, such as speedboats and lifeboats, carrying as few as three or five figures and as many as a dozen, are advancing toward the beach at a steady pace.

Among the pirates, many humanoid shapes can be seen: blue-patterned people with two to three meters height and skin covered in patterns, amphibious people with limbs like flippers and ferociously odd heads — though they can breathe through their hands, they suffer from erosion by the waters of the Endless Sea just like other races and can only excel in freshwater lakes within islands.

There are also giants tens of meters tall, and Illusion Spirit People floating around like souls... True humans, on the other hand, are rare to see.

Tylon’s eye-catching size in the human world wouldn’t even stir a ripple at the Pirate Gathering — there were many with far more unique appearances.

The one thing all pirates had in common was their formidable strength.

Patches of the sea were churned into different areas by terrifying auras, with torrents surging near the beach.

Inside the Deep Sea Giant Shark, the newly installed energy detector (made by Green Shadow Ten Military) began emitting a rapid series of beeping sounds.

Lorraine’s face became solemn; Shay and the others stopped fooling around and gathered around the energy detector.

"They are all Transcendent; no wonder it’s a gathering that draws over half of the pirates from the Endless Sea," Xing Ling said.

"Yeah, after all, weaker small pirates wouldn’t even qualify to attend, perhaps they don’t even know it exists," Xing Yue fervently nodded, agreeing with her sister.

"There are two energy orbs representing the Transcendent Third Tier; this is just a small part, more are either on the island or haven’t arrived yet," Shay felt it troublesome.

"It’s time to have a serious fight," Kong stated, appearing in the pilot room out of nowhere.

After all, pirating is a high-risk profession, often facing sieges from maritime nations, assassinations from peers, attacks from sea monsters, and more. Even ordinary and weak pirate groups at least have a Stepping Void Realm powerhouse in command; ordinary Awakening Tiers? Either they join other pirate groups or honestly go home and raise pigs; it’s impossible for Awakening Tiers to form a fleet.

Tylon, puzzled, rubbed his bald head but soon stopped caring, picking up a stone the size of a car and chewing on it with crunches—it was common knowledge to replenish energy before a fight.

As they discussed, the Deep Sea Giant Shark moved forward a bit.

It hadn’t completely surfaced nor moved too close to the island.

The partially surfaced Deep Sea Giant Shark deployed a small high-speed boat, and Lorraine, Kong, Shay, Bamboo Rat Li, and Tylon five boarded the boat.

Tylon stepping onto the small boat was like a proportionally sized human standing next to a small sheep motorcycle; the boat rocked, thankfully it was well-built, and chugged toward the island.

Xing Ling, Xing Yue, and other Awakening Tier sailors stayed behind, like the other large warships around; ordinary sailors and powerful pirates were left to guard.

Those landing on the island were all Transcendent.

The number of small boats was noticeably greater than the large warships, many experienced pirate groups had hidden their ships elsewhere.

The exposed Deep Sea Giant Shark and other flagship-level warships were undoubtedly seen as ’novices’ in the eyes of the pirates, not ruling out that they were also extremely confident — the idiotic Avatar Thirteen of Tang Yu, freshly awakened from hibernation, felt they were both.

"Bounty of seven million, ’White Flame’ Robert."

"Bounty of thirteen million, ’Demon Blood’ Smart Man."

"Mirohill the ’Dark Language,’ with a bounty of twenty-four million."

Lorraine had done her homework. As soon as she landed on the island, she pointed out each famous pirate she saw, but her eyes, almost turning into $$ signs, made one question her real motives.

Li, the bamboo rat, also exclaimed in awe, "Wow, three giant sharks! Wait, why is ’Dark Language’ only priced three times as much? He could take on ten giant sharks!"

In her Perception, ’Dark Language’ Mirohill was indeed one of the Super Third Strongman, one of the two detected earlier by the detector!

was not found at the scene, perhaps they had already headed deeper into the island—amidst the intertwining auras of countless formidable presences, long-distance Perception was not accurate. It was known only that deep within the island rested some extremely strong presences—similar to an energy detector. When fewer people are around, the dots within the detection range varied in size, the brighter the higher the energy level, but when tens or hundreds of Transcendents gathered, all one could see was a screen full of red.

Inferior quality might even explode.

The ones made by Green Shadow Ten Military wouldn’t, they can withstand up to Holy Tier energy levels.

Huh? How did I unconsciously start thinking about advertising? Have I taken on too many endorsements recently?

Last time, the deal for endorsing the ’Height-Increasing Potion’ was settled with a high fee, but why in the end did it not pass the review?

As Lorraine and the others observed the other pirates, those pirates were also looking at their group.

The Black Skull Pirate Group wasn’t very famous, but some people still recognized them.

"Bounty of five million for the ’Sword Hero’ and three million for the ’gunman.’"

Then, there was no follow-up.

Li, the bamboo rat, cocked her ears to listen, but couldn’t hear her name at all. She puffed her face, huffing with anger.

What Sword Hero, gunman? These titles are too random. There are at least eight to ten similar titles at sea—of course, most are of average renown—The real strong ones, like Pirate General level titles, wouldn’t have duplicates. Those that existed either changed or perished.

Their bounties were embarrassingly low, almost the lowest among the great pirates.

It’s not that Kong’s abilities are underestimated. He too had slain a giant shark worth eight million. Based on strength, his head should be valued higher than the shark, but the difference is, the Black Skull Pirate Group hadn’t been notably misconducted, except for swindling the Duchies of Blue Water and Nucang—if consensual trade can even be called swindling.

The Bounty Guild posted bounties on both individuals, largely based on the Deep Sea Giant Shark, a confirmed living-characteristic Overlord Level Warship, currently in the hands of the Black Skull Pirate Group.

A pirate who knew quite a bit spoke up.

Whether intentionally or unintentionally, this pirate kept his voice loud. Surrounded by Transcendents, even several kilometers away everyone could hear clearly.

"The Deep Sea Giant Shark is indeed a fine ship; even the cowardly giant shark with little talent could thrive by relying on this warship. Finally, they fell into a trap set by the Black Skull Pirate Group."

"The ’Sword Hero’ and the ’gunman’ both exhibit only late Unity-stage auras, but to have killed ’Giant Shark,’ they must have some skills... Well, maybe not, that timid fellow’s combat ability was probably very limited."

"Hey, where have you hidden the Deep Sea Giant Shark? Bring it out for a walk."

"The young lady is quite pretty... hmm, this one is too young."

Several pirates with ill intentions were eyeing them.

But no one made the first move; after all, it was a gathering called by the Red Emperor, respect was due, and fighting wasn’t allowed on the island—not enough at stake to unveil the details of the Black Skull Pirate Group. If one could ensure capturing the Deep Sea Giant Shark, the face of the Three Emperors wouldn’t matter—once the warship was in hand, diving into the sea, whether it’s the Three Emperors or the Twelve Generals, rules don’t apply to pirates.
