Su Moli had been feeling rather triumphant lately. Watching the shares of the Su Group gradually transfer to her name, she knew that even if Li Li eventually acquired the company, she’d still get the money. When that day came, wouldn’t she be free to live her life however she pleased?
As for Chu Yunhao, she was growing increasingly disappointed in him. Back when Su Jin was still alive, he had been sneaking around with her, little by little wresting power from Su Jin’s hands. In the end, it had even cost Su Jin her life. Now, in order to dig up dirt on Li Li, he even pushed her to compromise herself for him.
But unfortunately for him, Li Li wasn’t an idiot; he wouldn’t take the bait. Honestly, she had figured it all out—once the shares were hers, she’d sell them off immediately!

When she regained consciousness and learned of the devastating news, Su Moli almost fainted again. Chu Yunhao appeared promptly at her bedside, playing the role of the caring husband. Not only did he show meticulous concern, but he also proclaimed that she would forever remain Mrs. Chu and promised he would never abandon her.
But, of course, his real concern was for the company—his years of hard work. He didn’t want it to be acquired, so he hoped she would transfer the shares to him.
Su Moli thought about how she had become crippled and how, for the rest of her life, she would have to rely on Chu Yunhao. Reluctantly, she agreed, saying the lawyer could come tomorrow to handle the paperwork.
However, that very night, her hospital room received an unexpected visitor.
The following day, when Chu Yunhao arrived with the lawyer, ready for Su Moli to sign the share transfer agreement, Su Moli looked at him and announced that she had already sold all her shares to Li Li!
In other words, the entire Su Group had essentially been sold to Li Li, and Chu Yunhao was about to be kicked out of the company, ending up with nothing!
Chu Yunhao couldn’t understand—how had something that was all set suddenly changed so drastically?

Murderous intent roared in Chu Yunhao’s heart as he tightened his grip, desperate to kill her right then and there!
But just then, several police officers burst into the room, rushing forward to pull him away. Su Moli sobbed pitifully, tears streaming down her damaged face:
"Officer, he tried to kill me! You all saw it—please, I beg of you, punish him severely."
It was only then that Chu Yunhao realized he had fallen into a trap. She must have called the police, and now he had been caught red-handed!
Desperately, he tried to defend himself: "No, this is all a misunderstanding. I love my wife—how could I possibly try to kill her?"
The officer coldly slapped handcuffs onto him and said sternly, "If you have anything to say, do it at the police station."
After the officers led Chu Yunhao away, Li Li suddenly entered the hospital room. The moment Su Moli saw him, her eyes brightened. She quickly spoke:
"Mr. Li, thank you for your help. If it weren’t for you, I’d still be in the dark, completely unaware that this car accident was just one of his vicious schemes!"
