The matter with Rong Lan didn’t cause much of a stir online. Lu Qing told Qin Miaomiao that Rong Lan had accepted his arrangements and was already scheduled to fly to the United States for treatment. Only then did she feel relieved.

Ou Beichen took the other cup of milk, frowned, and took a sip. Qin Miaomiao gently reminded him:

He frowned but obediently finished the whole cup. Qin Miaomiao glanced at the time: "It’s already 10 o’clock. Off to bed! No sneaking into the computer room. Look at your delicate skin—staring at the laptop all the time, what if your skin goes bad? It’ll ruin your looks. Go to bed, quick."
