After visiting these wise individuals, the Giant Dragon said to the Pope:

"And during the prayer, the outside will see God reconstruct the entire world and select the most elite 4 billion people to receive the Lord’s grace," the Giant Dragon declared.

They were too shocked to speak.
Destroying a world and reconstructing one were not on the same level of difficulty.
