The shrieking of the blond man echoed throughout the entirety of Phoenix Mountain’s summit.
It made the people around him look at him with puzzled expressions.

The system’s notification sound crazily chimed, resonating through Lu Zixun’s entire brain.
Lu Zixun turned his head to the side, revealing a mischievous grin resembling a kitten’s.

But they simply weren’t buying it!
They turned tail and ran!

It left Lin Siyin somewhat bewildered.
But all in all, it seemed her Orange Cat had saved her.
Thinking of this, Lin Siyin’s mood immediately brightened.
My chubby cat is truly my lucky star!

Out of the blue, a system notification appeared in his mind, and Lu Zixun looked at Lin Siyin strangely.

The time was now five-thirty.
She kept chanting silently in her mind, her palms sweaty as she gripped the electric scooter.
A scooter whizzed through the streets and alleys, bringing gusts of wind.
With a “swoosh,” the sound of brakes rubbing rang out, Lin Siyin gasped for air, looking at the front door which was now within reach.
She knew she’d definitely be spotted if she entered through the front door now!
Her breathing uneven, her steps chaotic.
After considering with a headache, Lin Siyin came up with a good idea.
She could climb through the window!
As soon as she thought of it, she did it—grabbing Lu Zixun, she stuffed him into her backpack and started to climb up the side of the house.

I’m taking you up right now!”
