Chapter 37 Flirting
"Help me? If the gossips I heard at the company was right, a long time has already passed when Nick Cage severed his relationship with the Cage family, how could you help me?" Veronica Parker said bluntly.
Chloe Bowen frowned because Veronica Parker was right.

Kay Tours said, "Veronica Parker, come to my office."
"Yes."
Veronica Parker went to Kay Tours' office and Kay Tours asked, "You were absent-minded earlier, was everything all right?"
"No, I didn't concentrate on my work."
"Good. Go and make Mr. Cage a cup of coffee."
"Why me again?" Veronica Parker asked.
"You make good coffee."
"Next time I'll add some salt to it!"
Veronica Parker went back to the secretarial department. Josephine was working in front of the computer. When she saw her coming, she asked, "Have you been scolded?"
"Tours special assistant asked me to make coffee for Mr. Cage." Veronica Parker didn't say anything about the happening inside the conference room.
"Then go."
"Aren't you angry?"
"Why should I be angry?"
Veronica Parker bit her lip, she looked at Josephine and asked, "I am meddling with your work, isn't it?"
Josephine turned to face her and said solemnly, "I'm telling you, working close to Mr. Cage would be pointless and stressful if it wasn't for flirting, so I have to thank you. Come on!"
