Chapter 7 The Name Sounds Like A Baby
Veronica Parker was a newcomer and she did not know him. But Sheila knew, "Hello, Minister Hutt."
"And this is? Is she new here? " Martin Hutt pointed to Veronica Parker and looked at her from head to toe.
Veronica Parker responded, "Yes."
"What's your name?"
"Veronica Parker."
"Well, the name sounds like a baby."
Veronica Parker has a professional smile on her face.
"I'll treat you to dinner tonight. Veronica Parker, you come with me." With that, Martin Hutt left.
Veronica Parker was amazed. She was just a newcomer. Why did he want to go to dinner with her? She was not the one who had to be there, was she?
"This man is Martin Hutt, minister of personnel, and a branch relative of the Cage family. If you have the ability to take it down for this man, he is also a rich man, who can be regarded as married into a wealthy family." Sheila said.
"What if I don't go to that dinner he was talking about?"

"Wait a minute, you will take the elevator with me and take my car in the parking lot. I'll take you to buy some clothes and change before we eat."
Veronica Parker refused, "Sorry, Minister, I want to go home early."
"You're not going?"
"Yes, I'm just a newcomer and I don't want to go to dinner with you."
Martin Hutt laughed at Veronica Parker's naivety. " Veronica Parker, you are just a receptionist. I think highly of you. You burned high incense in your last life, so don't be ungrateful."
"Thank you, Minister Hutt, for your new opinion, but I really don't want to go." Veronica Parker said, then she turned around, and went out.

Veronica Parker's fingers were pulled away before she touched the elevator button.
"I'll give you another chance to think about it, and you have to think it over this time, or I'll make you worse off than a dog in KING!"
Veronica Parker was so angry that her anger was burning vaguely.
She has no money and power, but she would not be bullied for anything.

"Is that a sneer on your face?" Martin Hutt asked.
