The title "Guest Chieftains" mentioned by Ken does not exist within the Horizon Bureau, so Owen Bertram classified them all as officiants.
Andrew Oamond became respectful, saluted with a fist, "Andrew Oamond meet with the two forerunners."
Everyone at South Prison Town Comforting Office knew about Ferdinand joining the Summit Metropolitan Office. Many lower-ranking Military Officers thought it was Master Lane who had invited him as a reinforcement to the Summit Metropolitan Office, as they had to rely on him to block the Copper Gorge Extinction Domain.
However, Andrew Oamond knew that it was all thanks to Master Owen! A simple Capital Army Commander of the Fourth Great Realm, was able to invite a person from the Sixth Great Realm. This was true capability!
So when Owen Bertram arrived in the capital, Andrew Oamond, upon hearing the news, immediately arranged for his accommodations and even waited at the City Gate to welcome him. Otherwise, Andrew Oamond and David, the close followers of Master Lane who were always above others, would never pay attention towards a simple Capital Army Commander, would they?
However, upon meeting today, there is one more officiant from the Sixth Great Realm!

"Not yet, however, there are a few popular candidates." As Andrew Oamond walked, he continued to explain: "One is Capital Army Commander, Michael Scenery from Heroic Marquis, who carries great prestige in the military and has earned His Majesty’s trust. He also is from the Sixth Great Realm with four merits."
When you first enter the Power Realm of the Sixth Great Realm, one can only control all celestial occurrences, earth changes, and primal qi within a five-mile radius. As their cultivation realm advances, they have six opportunities to "reap more merits". It is only after six merits that one can reach the level of the true "Cultivation Marquis of Joneson".

"I am not sure about that. You might have to ask Lord Dunn."
Upon arriving at the Capital, both sentimentally and reasonably, Owen Bertram should have paid a visit to Adonis Dunn’s residence. However, Owen didn’t, as he knew well that Boss would want him to finish the tasks at Copper Gorge before heading to the Southern Border to tidy up the mess.
