Yuran left the matter to Bo Yan and didn’t interfere, then rested in the car.
Although she knew Bo Yan wouldn’t let anything happen to her, her nerves were still incredibly tense.
By the time Ao Chen and Huo Qi arrived, Bo Yan had already finished handling everything. Ao Chen, with a stern face, stood by the door of the car where Yuran was resting and looked at her, with her forehead bandaged, "Who did this to your forehead?"
"It was just an accident, Master."
Ao Chen snorted, "I’ve told you before to learn some self-defense techniques, but you wouldn’t listen, and now, you reap what you’ve sown."
Huo Qi walked over, just in time to hear Ao Chen’s words, his expression deepening, "With Bo Yan, the great actor around, does Yuran need you here to scold her?"
Ao Chen was furious, his lips trembled for a moment, "Why are you always against me? Huo Qi, haven’t I done enough recently, things I should and shouldn’t do? Why are you so cold-hearted towards me?
Aren’t you worried that if I lose hope, I’ll give up?"
Huo Qi’s gaze deepened, and Yuran instinctively stopped Ao Chen from continuing to speak; some words, once spoken, can never be retrieved.
There was clearly still room for maneuver between Huo Qi and Ao Chen, and she didn’t want them to feel unhappy when facing each other in the future.
She called out to Ao Chen, "Master."
Ao Chen’s troubled mind suddenly became clear, and realizing what he had said, he looked sullenly at Huo Qi, seeing his very upset face, Ao Chen’s face turned pale in an instant.
Huo Qi interrupted him, "You don’t have to say anything. Whatever you think in your heart, just do it. I don’t have the right to ask you, you’re right, it’s okay to give up, there’s nothing you, Ao Chen, can’t do."
Ao Chen suddenly felt that whatever explanation he gave would seem weak.

Yuran felt incredibly awkward being caught between the two. She reached out to touch her forehead and sharply inhaled, immediately drawing their attention; both of them looked somewhat flustered. Ao Chen leaned out almost completely and came close to her, "Don’t move, where did you touch?"
Huo Qi also hurriedly asked, "Are you okay? Just sit and rest comfortably, don’t move around."
Yuran nodded, "Actually, I’m fine, but I feel a bit embarrassed with both of you coming over ."
"Why feel embarrassed? What is our relation?" Miraculously, the two seemed quite in sync.
After that, both of them looked somewhat awkward. Yuran laughed, "Actually, I think you two should find a place to talk properly. It’s fine here, everything is under control. Maybe you two should leave first?"
Huo Qi raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Do you think we are in the way here?"
Yuran pondered for a moment, then nodded, "Yes, that’s right. It’s affecting my mood. Knowing that both of you have a good relationship with me, yet in front of me, you behave , shouldn’t I feel awkward?"
That was true, but both were feeling complicated.
Bo Yan came over with a grim look. Yuran got out of the car to greet him, took his hand, and resisted the urge to smooth out his frown, asking anxiously, "Brother Qi, what happened?"
"Lu Xizhou’s people didn’t catch Catherine, huh, it seems this matter isn’t simple."
"It wasn’t Catherine’s scheming?" Yuran also found it strange.
Bo Yan’s eyes landed on Huo Qi, "Huo Qi, this matter, probably involves you."
Ao Chen’s body immediately tensed up, his gaze deep as he stared at Bo Yan, "What do you mean? What do you mean by it involves Huo Qi?"
Huo Qi didn’t question Bo Yan like Ao Chen did but recalled who he had wronged, then asked, "So, does this mean Catherine collaborated with someone else, and while Catherine wanted to make things difficult for Yuran, the other person wanted to make things difficult for me, and that’s why they teamed up?"
Bo Yan nodded, "That’s one way to put it."
Huo Qi thought about it, his expression turning sour, "If the reasoning holds, then I probably know who wishes me ill."
"Who?" Ao Chen couldn’t restrain himself any longer and grabbed Huo Qi’s wrist.
