Jian Dan had a small appetite, something Wen Xue had witnessed the night before. She didn’t get much food for her, but everything was very nutritious. Seeing the small portion in her bowl, Bo Qin frowned, showing no emotion, "Do you always eat just this little?"
Jian Dan hummed in response, clearing up any confusion for Bo Qin, "I can’t eat a lot. I’ve tried hard to eat, but I just can’t."
She had a weak stomach and didn’t absorb much from her food, so although her height was good, her weight had always been on the lighter side.
Such things can’t be changed overnight. Bo Qin didn’t press further. After he finished his own breakfast, he got ready to leave. Before leaving, he reminded Jian Dan, "If you want to go somewhere, tell Sister Wen Xue. She will take you. No playing with the dangerous sea activities. You must listen to Sister Wen Xue, got it?"
Receiving a childlike warning, amidst occasional friendly laughter from around, Jian Dan felt somewhat embarrassed, "Uncle Qin, I know. I’m not a child."
"A high school sophomore child."
Uncle Qin really doesn’t give face at all.
After breakfast, Wen Xue took Jian Dan to the mall, buying her clothes and a swimsuit. Being by the seaside, swimming was inevitable; even just wading is more fun in a swimsuit.
Jian Dan was an obedient child and didn’t have particular demands. Wen Xue had good taste and Jian Dan was happy with whatever Wen Xue picked for her. But when choosing a bikini, Wen Xue considered Jian Dan’s flat chest and couldn’t help but discourage her, "Miss, where do you get the confidence to wear a bikini from?"
Just like the courage she had for aiming at the position of Chief Secretary, nobody knows where she found it.
Jian Dan uttered a sound and earnestly asked, "Sister Wen Xue, do you think I can’t fill out this bikini?"

A seventeen-year-old girl wearing a bikini really wasn’t appropriate. Although she wasn’t flat as a board, it still wouldn’t look right on Little Jian Dan, and she knew Boss Bo would have her head for it.
An underage girl wearing something so sexy was just not right.
Wen Xue felt a bit old-fashioned, but wasn’t this a special case needing special treatment?
Worn out by Wen Xue, Jian Dan simply chose a long dress-style swimsuit that Wen Xue picked out and headed to the checkout with it, remembering the whole ordeal bitterly.
"Sister Wen, are you jealous that my chest is bigger than yours?"
This was Jian Dan’s statement, and if Wen Xue hadn’t heard it with her own ears, she truly wouldn’t believe it. But there it was, Jian Dan had said it aloud, and Wen Xue was so shocked she wished she could cover Jian Dan’s mouth.

After changing clothes at the hotel, Wen Xue’s first order of business was to move Jian Dan to another hotel. Then she took Jian Dan to the seaside, planning to take her deep-sea fishing and then have a BBQ, which was all quite exciting.
Initially, when Wen Xue proposed the plan, Jian Dan wasn’t very interested. She feared that if they caught nothing, they would be without dinner. Wen Xue was left speechless by Jian Dan’s tragic predetermination before they even started and gently tapped her on the head, "Can’t you think of something positive? Like how your Sister Wen Xue will catch a huge fish that’s big enough to feed us."
Jian Dan stared at Wen Xue for a while, making Wen Xue feel embarrassed under her gaze, "Why are you looking at me like that?"
Jian Dan said seriously, "Because I’m trying to see what dreams Sister Wen Xue has in broad daylight."
Although it was said not to let Jian Dan engage in dangerous sea activities, the most dangerous might be the banana boat. Jian Dan wanted to try surfing, but Wen Xue forbade it, and the banana boat was the limit. After playing a round, Wen Xue was fine, but Jian Dan was the one whose legs gave out first.
As Wen Xue teased her at the side, "Do you want to play more?"
Jian Dan, pale, collapsed on the sand, catching her breath, "No more, no more, Sister Wen, Uncle Qin and you were right. I shouldn’t have gone for the sea activities. I should’ve just stayed on the beach and picked seashells."
