Finally, dinner was over, and Li Chen’s anticipation had finally reached its peak.
"Baby, look, it’s getting late; how about we get some rest earlier?" Li Chen’s eyes were shimmering, gazing intently at Lin Yi, his words clearly laden with meaning.
Lin Yi seemed to feel the intensity of Li Chen’s gaze, her face turning slightly red. She didn’t dare look directly into Li Chen’s eyes and just nodded gently, making a soft sound of agreement.
"I’ll clean up here first," Lin Yi said softly.
"Baby, it’s fine, I’ll clean up tomorrow. Let’s not delay the wonderful time ahead," Li Chen said with a chuckle.
Then, he walked upstairs.
"It’s fine, baby, first put on those, and then put the maid costume on outside," Li Chen whispered in Lin Yi’s ear.
Finally, Lin Yi nodded shyly.
Li Chen was thrilled, and Lin Yi whispered, "I... I’m going to take a shower first."
"Baby, go ahead, I’ll wait for you," Li Chen chuckled.
Then Lin Yi took the bag and went into the bathroom, while Li Chen waited outside.
Listening to the sounds coming from the bathroom.
Li Chen felt like a monkey inside, hopping up and down, and time seemed to move incredibly slowly for him. It felt like ten minutes had passed, but when he checked the time, only a minute had gone by.
Li Chen listened to the sounds in the bathroom. It seemed like the shower had stopped and he felt a surge of joy. But then the shower started again.
Feeling a wave of disappointment, Li Chen could only hope his beautiful wife would hurry up.
Finally, there was no more noise in the bathroom, and Li Chen’s mind buzzed with anticipation.
After a while, there was no sound again, probably because Lin Yi was still hesitating.
Listening to the sounds, Li Chen was making guesses, thinking that it should be almost ready.
After a while, it went quiet inside again, but Lin Yi hadn’t come out yet, and Li Chen couldn’t help but get a little impatient, asking, "Baby, are you ready yet?"
"Li Chen, this is too embarrassing," said Lin Yi, still filled with shyness in her voice.
"Baby, it’s okay. It’s just the two of us here, there’s no one else, and Xiaoxiao isn’t here either," Li Chen chuckled, seductively saying, "Isn’t that the point? It’s more fun this way."
"Then, then I’m coming out," Lin Yi mustered her courage to say.
"Come on out," Li Chen said with eager anticipation, looking at the bathroom door.
It wasn’t long before the bathroom door opened, revealing half of Lin Yi’s figure.
"Baby, come out quickly," Li Chen said, imagining Lin Yi in the maid costume looking fabulous.
Under Li Chen’s repeated calls, Lin Yi finally stepped out awkwardly, and there she was, dressed as a maid, standing in front of Li Chen.
Li Chen’s eyes lit up.
If the first time he saw Lin Yi she was in her CEO attire, mature and composed, then now, she was absolutely an adorable maid.
A CEO turned maid; the thought alone felt like an achievement.
Lin Yi stood in front of Li Chen, feeling somewhat uncomfortable, her hands unconsciously fidgeting with her outfit, and she asked softly, "How do I look?"
"Baby, you look absolutely gorgeous," Li Chen felt a blazing heat in his heart, "Come here quickly."
Hearing Li Chen’s words, Lin Yi walked over to him.
Li Chen watched Lin Yi standing before him, head bowed, face flushed.
"Now, baby," Li Chen spoke, "you must call me ’Master,’ understand?"
Lin Yi was stunned for a moment, her face turning even redder. Why should she call him that, and how could she bring herself to say it?
"If you don’t, I might have to punish you," he teased her.
"Baby, be good and call me ’Master,’" Li Chen coaxed gently. He wanted to slowly break down Lin Yi’s traditional views. Only then would it be interesting.
And tonight’s step was crucial. As long as Lin Yi complied, it would be a success.
Lin Yi opened her mouth but found herself unable to speak.
"Li Chen, I... I can’t say it," Lin Yi whispered, her face burning red.
She wanted to say it but couldn’t bring herself to. It was as if something was holding her back.
"Baby, it’s okay, nobody will know," Li Chen continued to entice her.
Finally, after much internal struggle, Lin Yi managed to whisper the word, and with that, she felt as if the shackles around her heart had been broken.
And Li Chen was even more delighted.
"Baby, I’m your master now; so you should listen to your master, shouldn’t you?" Li Chen murmured into Lin Yi’s ear.
Lin Yi responded with a soft hum.
Now Lin Yi was at Li Chen’s command.
And that night, her mews were like those of a kitten.
Fortunately, the bed held up well and didn’t fall apart.
That night was definitely the sweetest sleep Li Chen ever had.
