Having killed the Fire Fox, Li Chen had also sustained some injuries. Though the wounds were minor, Li Chen knew that within the Relic, there might be even stronger enemies waiting for him. When the time came, these small injuries could become a burden.
He didn’t know how far he could go, but he did know that no matter the distance, he was determined to find Wang Qianqian.
"Are you alright?" An Qin asked with a frown, looking at the injuries on Li Chen’s shoulder and arm.
"Don’t worry, just need to treat them," Li Chen replied with a smile. As he spoke, he took out the Fire Lotus and said with a grin, "This thing was obtained by both of us, I’ll share the treasure with you when we get back."
"Can’t you be serious for a minute? What do you mean by treasure sharing?" An Qin rolled her eyes.
"This was practically grabbed by force, so of course it’s treasure sharing. Oh, and that Fire Fox seemed like a valuable catch too, why not bring it back and stew it?" Li Chen added.
Hearing Li Chen making jokes, An Qin knew he must be alright and didn’t bother responding further, instead she sat down to start restoring her True Qi.
