Seemingly not expecting her to retort, Lin Yu paused for a moment. He only glanced at her once and turned back to Song Tianrou saying, "Hurry up and come back with me, otherwise I’ll tell Aunt Song you’re out here trying to buy aphrodisiacs."
"You despicable little man!" Song Tianrou glared at him, "So what if you are my arranged fiancé from childhood? Let me tell you, I’m going to break off this engagement sooner or later, so don’t get too full of yourself."
"If you can break it off, then go ahead," Lin Yu said nonchalantly before reaching out to grab her.
Song Tianrou was immediately agitated, nearly cursing him out, because, just as Lin Yu said, she had been saying this for five or six years, but so far, instead of success, she hadn’t even seen a glimmer of hope.
