"Sir, Ma’am, something’s bad. Mr. Wan called and said that Brother Ping’an has been rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment," Mrs. Yu burst in without exchanging pleasantries, looking anxious.
"What happened?" Lin Xiaoguai and Shen Chi were shocked.
As they spoke, they quickly put on their coats and hurried out.
"I heard it was an accident. He was hit by a truck and is currently in the ER for resuscitation. Mr. Wan asked if you could bring some useful medicines," Mrs. Yu related Wan Quan’s words as she followed them.
Lin Xiaoguai understood Wan Quan’s meaning immediately and quickly grabbed some Solid Foundation Cultivation medicines along with some external trauma medicines. The couple then rushed to the hospital.

"The young lad said the perpetrator fled the scene," Han Shouzhen said as she shifted her gaze away from the indicator light above the operating room door and clenched her teeth.
Shen Chi frowned and turned to his son, "Where did the accident happen?"
"It was in the suburbs. It was a class outing, and Brother Ping’an was bored, so he came along. We were hit when we went to the nearby shop to buy water," Shen Yinian said as he regained his composure.
