Lin Xiaoguai was startled, then smiled and said, "You’re back?"

Shen Chi replied indifferently, "What can he say? He just said he was drunk and didn’t even realize he had hit someone."
Lin Xiaoguai frowned; she remembered that laws against drunk driving had been introduced in 2008, and at this point in time, nobody cared whether you were drunk at the wheel or not.
"But don’t worry, that person won’t escape prison." A cold glint flashed in Shen Chi’s eyes. Did he really think he could settle this privately? He must be dreaming!
