Most of the people who came in the evening were students at the academy. Some came to taste it after hearing the news, but there weren’t many of them, so the overall number of customers was much lower.
After sending off the last guest, Zhou Ying waited for Sun Hongliang to calculate the bill before asking, “Brother Sun, how much is today’s revenue?”
“778 taels, the total gross profit is 352 taels. Of course, the remaining five sets of lamb chops are not counted.
