Teaching Her a Lesson
Just as the assistant was about to argue further, Qiao Yue said, “Why don’t you go back first? I’ll take care of this myself. You can’t follow me around all the time, right?”
Qiao Jing’s assistant didn’t say anything. He only turned his head to look at Qiao Yue. Seeing the determination in Qiao Yue’s eyes, he thought for a moment and said, “Then I’ll take my leave first, fifth young master.”
The assistant couldn’t help but mock Qiao Xin before he left when he changed his address from “Master Yue” to “fifth young master.”
Qiao Yue coughed lightly to suppress her laugh. Qiao Xin had brought a group of people to stop her. If she laughed, it would seem disrespectful of Qiao Xin’s ostentatiousness.
But Qiao Jing’s assistant’s temperament was quite similar to Qiao Jing’s, except Qiao Jing was a man of few words while his assistant would trade insult for insult.
As the assistant left, Qiao Xin vented all her anger on Qiao Yue.
“You country bumpkin, you really came here? Without any special skills, you’re daydreaming about coming to Harvey! Did the principal ask you to leave? Hehe, that’s really asking for humiliation. Aren’t you aware of your status, you b*stard with no parents to teach you?”
Qiao Yue’s eyes gradually turned cold. Qiao Xin could scold her but not her mother!
She slowly raised her hand and touched the dagger at her waist.
Suddenly, a cold voice rang out in Qiao Yue’s mind, “Qiao Yue, starting tomorrow, you’ll attend Harvey. Don’t make any trouble.”
She lowered her hand slowly. She had promised Qiao Jing yesterday, there was no reason to go back on her word the moment she started at Harvey.
Qiao Yue got ready to leave. Since she couldn’t fight, it was a waste of time to talk to this group of people. Humans couldn’t communicate with brainless animals.
But just because Qiao Yue didn’t want to cause trouble didn’t mean that Qiao Xin didn’t. She had two people block Qiao Yue’s way.
The road ahead was blocked so Qiao Yue retracted her foot and stood on the spot. She stared coldly at Qiao Xin and said word by word, “Compared to me, don’t you think you look more like an unruly b*stard?”
“How can you say that? A grown man who is actually scolding a girl!” A girl close with Qiao Xin chimed in when she heard Qiao Yue’s retort.
“That’s right! What’s wrong with what Qiao Xin said? You are an uneducated wild child, and you won’t let others speak the truth?”
Seeing that someone had spoken, Qiao Xin’s other lackeys also started to chime in, all wanting to show off in front of Qiao Xin.
Qiao Xin was emboldened when she saw everyone chiming in. A smug smile appeared on her face.
“Qiao Yue, you’re nothing but a poor country bumpkin. How dare you come to the Qiao family to take advantage of us? I think you and your b*tch mother should have disappeared more than ten years ago and stayed gone forever!”
When Qiao Yue heard this, she stared at Qiao Xin with eyes as dark as coal.
Qiao Xin was startled but her mouth didn’t stop, “You ignorant b*stard. I don’t know what you’ve done to second and third brother to make them protect you. Now that you’re alone, let’s see what you can do.”
When Qiao Xin said this, she had probably forgotten that Qiao Yue killed her snow wolf single-handedly yesterday. If she wanted to kill her group of school bullies, it would be a piece of cake.
Sure enough, the second Qiao Xin was about to say more, Qiao Yue, with murderous eyes, took a step forward to grab her neck.
Qiao Xin’s survival instinct kicked in as she suddenly leaned back and sat on the floor, avoiding Qiao Yue’s attack unexpectedly.
“Aaaah!”
Qiao Xin’s scream woke up the others in her group. Three boys among her group of seven saw what happened and started throwing punches at Qiao Yue.
Qiao Yue took a step back and raised her leg to kick a boy in the stomach. One kick at a time, she kicked them in places that hurt but did not leave any mark. All three boys were wailing on the ground after being hit by her.
As for herself, if she let these people touch her, she would have wasted her nearly ten years of bloody work.
After the thugs were knocked out, Qiao Yue walked towards Qiao Xin.
Looking at the Hades-like Qiao Yue, Qiao Xin’s legs went soft from fear. She was helped back by her two lackeys. Another lackey, who was slightly smarter, ran to find the teacher when Qiao Yue fought back.
“Qiao Xin, this is your brother’s last warning to you. Stay away from people you can’t afford to offend.”
Qiao Yue’s smile was like a demon’s to Qiao Xin. She screamed in fear, “Don’t, don’t come near me.”
As Qiao Yue closed in on her, Qiao Xin was so scared that she couldn’t make a sound.
Just as Qiao Xin’s nerves were stretched to the limit, she saw Qiao Yue change direction to go downstairs.
Qiao Yue had gone through hell and back all these years. She wouldn’t take Qiao Xin’s life over such a small matter. But Qiao Xin’s every word crossed Qiao Yue’s line. Qiao Yue would feel depressed if she didn’t teach Qiao Xin a lesson.
