After [Galactic Dominator], there was the ability of [Blood Manipulation] from the Telekinetic Emperor skill tree, the previous three abilities within this tree already being mentioned before. But Blood Manipulation was simply that…Noah gaining the ability to even manipulate the blood of others as he could control their bodies expertly!
When it came to existence a realm higher than him…Noah even expected to be able to control them for a few seconds before they broke out.
Then there were the four abilities under the Ancient Mind Skill Tree. [Galactic Consciousness] and [Mind Over Matter] were both passive skills, the first one granting Noah +100,000% Enhancement to his soul strength as the later granted both +50,000%enhancement to his Physical Attributes and Mental Attributes!
The skills went further and further to elevate Noah's mental strength, but now they were also forging the strength of his body. The last two abilities were even more stupendous ones, with [Soul Storage] allowing Noah not just to devour souls, but to store however many souls he wished as he could use them in the future to replenish his mental strength and even heal his body.
If he held billions upon billions of souls in storage…he could replenish himself forever as he wouldn't be able to fall against any enemy!
Lastly, there was [Terror of the Stars]. An offensive ability of ridiculous proportions as it also ate up too much mana, this ability allowing Noah to call upon hundreds of miniaturized unstable stars filled with the Daos and Laws he comprehended.
So his one and only Cosmic Dao of Tenebrosity he obtained from the Legacy of the Usurper…would be displayed in a myriad of unstable miniaturized stars that rained down along with ones filled with the Daos of Destruction, Destiny, Incandescence…
It was a deadly combination of skills as he was becoming covered both offensively and defensively, his might being something fantastical to display when he ever stepped on the stage against the powerful existences moving across the Planes of the Chaotic Universe.

He let out a light breath as he finished glancing at his Status Panel and collection the loot from Idle Mode, the myriad of Cores, Laws, and Dao Crystals entering his Inventory being too many to count at this point. Far from this location though, the eyes of the Subjugated Blessed he had used to talk to the Hegemon of Love raised his head, noticing the aura of this Hegemony descending again as it seemed this existence had her things prepared.
Noah nodded lightly as he glanced towards Annalise who was still training, half of his consciousness divided as it went to sink into the mind of the Subjugated Blessed as he cast Authority of the Dominator.
WAA!
A burst of essence later, and he opened his eyes to the curvaceous figure of a Hegemony that held the title of Love!
Noah thoroughly glanced at her figure as he shook his head, everything about this existence being drop dead gorgeous as her title wasn't for show. Hegemony of Love! There was a meaning behind this that caused even the Universal Hegemonies in the Celestial Plane to have many thoughts for this being, but even Noah was pushing such thoughts away right now.
Under the threat of apparent death and an abysmal destiny, did he even have the luxury to play around with thoughts of women, locking his gaze with her as she only waved her hands to cause the appearance of more Galactic Filament Cores…along with Cores that were the size of an average human being!
They were…
"This is all I've collected and not used in the last tens of thousands of years. Enough Galactic Filament Cores to allow you to forge dozens of billions of Galaxies, as well as…two Universal Cores that should bring your total number of Galaxies to over 60 Billion."

Universal Cores! Loot that only came from a Universal Dimensional Rift, and ones of utter rarity even in the Celestial Plane as the Hegemonies there worked together to clear the very few Universal Rank Dimensional Rifts together under the threat of their lives!
Noah had actually gotten his hands on such treasures due to his schemes, his eyes dazzling as they reflected the colors of the Universal Core before his eyes. It was as large as him, and one could see billions of galaxies swirling gorgeously within this small Universal Core, waves of essence emanating from it as it seemed too pristine a treasure for Noah to even touch right now.
With such Cores in hand, Noah would bypass the 50 Billion Galaxies mark and achieve the Monarch title right away, but even with such a ridiculous fast pace…he was still a few tens of billions Galaxies off from achieving the full 100 Billion.
He calmed his beating heart as when his eyes glanced upwards, he could see more rays of golden light raining down on his dark and cloudy destiny, knowing he was heading in the right direction as he nodded his head and waved his hand to take everything that the Hegemony of Love had displayed out!
Her gaze was languid as she looked at him closely, his voice reaching her ears soon after.
"How does Hegemony wish to allow me to advance further if these are all the Cores currently available?"
His words were calm, but they held a terrifying meaning as they reminded her of what his first method was!
Love knew this as her eyes squinted powerfully while she replied.
"You said you can steal the Realm of others, yes? We can find a peak Galactic Filament Realm Blessed…a Paragon for you to absorb."

Love seemed to say these words with difficulty as she sighed, Noah smiling brightly as he nodded and spoke clearly.
"Perfect. And the Dimensional Rifts?"
The Dimensional Rifts! One of Noah's requirements was to be taken to a myriad of Rifts, and he put this on the front line as he would rarely get a chance to be carried by an existence so far above him in power!
Love's eyes constricted on Noah as she sighed while replying.
"Why would you like to go?"
The sweetest words Noah could ever hear came out, his eyes flashing powerfully as his aims were laid out.
"There's very few Galactic Filament Dimensional Rifts in the Empyrean Plane, yes? We can tour the vast Celestial Plane and enter its Dimensional Rifts."
