In the depths of the folds of space, Noah's mind moved quickly as he always felt a thrill when he was able to catch existences that had lived for tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of years off guard.
He barely had any decades on his own life before he transmigrated, but he was now tangling with existences that had been cultivating and growing their strength for thousands of years...with his power winning over them as the feeling was something that could not be described!
"Mind Realm. Absolute Mental Isolation Field. The Emperor's Universe."
He felt his Origin crying out as it used nearly half of its mana in an instant, but the skills were prerequisites for what he wanted to do as they were cast.
Bringing the enemies into a brand new space where they couldn't leave or contact anybody and laying down a manifestation of a Universe that heavily debuffed the enemies and granted him +200,000% to All Parameters!
He was able to watch the expressions of the two Universal Hegemonies change in real time from the shock of Love's appearance where they let their guard down and Noah's skills bloomed, to the utter horror when they felt their Mana and Health reduced by 50% from the effects of "The Emperor's Universe" as they were also afflicted by status effects.
From shock to stupor and horror...but Noah wasn't done.
He hadn't yet truly cast any offensive skills, but he had so many debuffing and disorienting skills that he wondered if his enemies could be defeated with a single flick of his fingers after he had demobilized them with so many debuffing abilities!
For this, Noah turned to the new abilities he had just obtained from the Usurper.
The terrifying abilities that were meant to be used to affect entire Universes or Cosmos for the purposes of them acting as anchors for one to descend unto new Realities...Noah wanted to test these abilities on the span of the small enclosed Realm against 2 Universal Hegemonies.
He felt his raging mana regenerating little by little as he didn't wait for it, chugging a Mana Potion as his mouth moved rapidly.
"Corruption of the Usurper. Malignant Madness."

THRUM!
The already tumultuous Realm around them began to shake and tumble. A crimson glow descended from Noah and covered everything, this glow carrying a terrifying pressure as it smashed into the two Universal Hegemonies like waves, Love feeling her own heart shaking even though she was designated as an ally and the abilities were not ripping apart her Origin!
Noah only cast two of the three abilities he obtained, and this was mainly because the third one- Heretical Malediction, was one that caused a change in the Origin of others after 14 days.
It was a terrifying skill to use for descending unto new Dimensional Realities, but he would be done with this battle in the next few seconds- not days!
The effects of the Corruption of the Usurper wrapped around the already weakened enemies as their gazes of shock and horror then turned into fear.
This was because in tumultuous waves of essence as they tried to find their footing, they found that their Mana and Health Regeneration were reduced by half, their Life Force reduced by 50%, a -50% Reduction in All Attributes, All Abilities, and Mana Reserves!
A great deal of debuff landed on them as Malignant Madness also came down with its effects and granted them Fearful, Enfeeble, Maddened, Weakened, Impotent...just too many status effects.
When the seconds passed and the scene cleared, the bodies of the two Universal Hegemony felt like glass that could easily be shattered, none of them having been able to mobilize any sort of defensive abilities as Noah could see their figures spamming under the pressure of too many debuffing skills!
Before the battle could even begin, it was actually over.
That was how ridiculous the skills Noah had collected were! That he was able to incapacitate two Universal Hegemonies from casting debuffing skills alone as when he looked at such a scene, he marveled with a smile while calling out lightly.
"Ruler's Emanation."
His waves of mental power crashed down as he didn't even cast any true offensive skills, just the debuffing abilities and the pressure of his mind descending down unto them as at this moment, the figures of the two Hegemonies could not even resist as their minds were dominated and…
[Subjugate.]
A light of domination flashed out as his eyes released arcs of blue light, Love watching this scene from a distance with stupor as two Hegemonies actually fell within seconds!

The tides of time churned.
Over an hour passed since Noah ambushed and Subjugated two Universal Hegemonies, and he spent this past hour combing through the vast memories of these beings that had hundreds of thousands of years on them!
The memories were an extremely unique thing as when Noah went through them, it truly felt like he was within them as it gave him the feeling of having lived these hundreds of thousands of years himself.
When he came to his own mind, he had to take a few seconds to remind himself that he wasn't an old being that had lived the collective memories of over a million, but he had these experiences and lives as his eyes flashed with a bright light.
With their memories, the situation of the Chaotic Universe and the three Planes within it were even more clarified to Noah as he found out of all the Hegemonies from different factions currently moving in the Celestial Plane, all of the Universal Rank Rifts and Galactic Filament Rifts under the control of the Stellar Expanse that Gold used to lead and the other Expanses controlled by other factions….
A great deal of important memories flowed in Noah's mind as he changed his plans ever so subtly, two Hegemonies being seen kneeling before him in the still active Mind Realm as they voiced out.
"What are your orders, Master?"
From Subjugating Star Rank beings to Galaxy Rank, he now had existences at the Universal Rank kneeling before him as with a smile, Noah spoke.
"Let's completely Subjugate all the Universal Hegemonies remaining in the Stellar Expanse faction...and then we shall add more Rifts into Idle Mode."
WAA!
His will spread out as the Subjugated Hegemonies nodded, their memories and positions being used as they would lead Noah to other Hegemonies and scheme to get them under his control much too quickly in the next few hours!
