The skies regained their calm.
It didn't seem like a stupendous battle had just occurred at all as Noah sent the three Archaic Kings to the Empire below them to maintain order, only he and Europa left in the skies as Noah was the one to speak when he saw something flash within the eyes of this Primordial!
"There was a brief second there that you seemed to be reminiscing about something. What's a great Primordial like yourself thinking back to when you were just looking at me?"

His words caused Europa's eyes to flash with sharpness as she replied in a sharp tone.
"Don't get too comfortable now, Little Anomaly. Tell me, just how do you plan to achieve Higher Existence and the Cosmic Realm in a short period of time?"
Europa returned to her old self as she flashed to appear right before Noah. The beauty of Primordials was truly deadly as Noah's strong soup had to always be active while being next to this existence, his reply coming out slowly.
"One has to gradually obtain drops of True Blood from the Bloodlines of their completed Edicts until they change all the blood within themselves into the True Blood of Higher Existences. I've already begun this process…but it would take me too many years if I wanted to wait for drops of True Blood to be generated daily! So I will simply…take the True Blood of others."

His words caused Europa's eyes to widen as she soon spoke while her gaze shone with understanding.
"You can even take the True Blood within the existences you dominate…that's just…haaa."
She shook her head with frustration as even though this being wasn't born a Higher Existence like her, he still put any lower Existences to shame with how fast he would become one as the means he had were simply ridiculous!
His expression was placid as he continued.
"My Ender and Champion of Reality have already forged a pathway through the Cosmic Primordial Rift. When the Ender of this Reality falls to them and they return, that will naturally be the time that I also become a Higher Existence."
He had sent the Undead Ender from another Reality along with the Champion of this Reality to clear the most powerful Dimensional Rift within these Cosmos, the results of these powerful combatants coming out soon as Noah infused a large portion of his soul into them that caused their battle power to be elevated even higher!
At this moment in the Cosmic Primordial Rift, the Undead Winged Tiger and Three-Headed Cosmic Devourer were battling with an Ender in the form of an elemental made purely of Flames.
It was an existence with the name of the Cosmic Fire Elemental as it could take on the shape and form of many creatures, but under the assault of two Cosmic Realm Subjugations of Noah who were backed with the Corruption of the Usurper and other tyrannical skills that debuffed enemies, this Ender would not last long as Noah simply remained idle in the skies while talking with Europa!
His free tone of speaking seemed to annoy Europa as she scowled before she answered the question he had asked first.
"Forming an Ascendancy Halo is a piece of cake as long as you understand the Flames of your Edicts and you bring them together to call forth an even higher form of authority. Of course if you don't have the talent, you can brute force your way like many beings by just utilizing a lot of Units of the Essence of Reality to forcefully connect your Flames of Edicts together!"

"You'll probably only be capable of forging a weak White Tier Halo for your first and second one, but if you are capable of obtaining more Greater Nomological Edicts and the even higher Quasi-Insuperable Nomological Edicts and Insuperable Nomological Edicts…the Blue and Purple Tier Nomological Edicts are a possibility! Of course, someone like you can probably forget about the Gold Tier Ascendancy Halo…"
Her eyes carried a hint of insult and confidence as Noah asked curiously after he found the Tiers of Ascendancy Halos to be White, Blue, Purple, and then Gold!
"Why would gold be an impossibility?"
"Hmph, that's too many questions and free answers that I'm giving to you for nothing. Spark my attention with something big once more, maybe then I'll be more interested in talking…"
She moved away from him as her gaze turned nonchalant, Noah nearly sighing with frustration when talking to this ridiculous existence as at this moment…

The vast Rift Portal at the center of the Archaic Empire began to tremble!
Noah didn't need to wonder why as he already felt the Cosmic Fire Elemental finally perishing under a Cosmic destroying attack from the Undead Winged Tiger Ender, this enemy becoming surrounded by the authority of the Supreme Necromancer System as it rose to become yet another Undead Vassal under Noah!
The Third Cosmic Realm existence he had under him while he wasn't even at this stage himself.

The figures of the Archaic form of Ragnar as the Three-Headed Cosmic Devourer appeared along with the Undead Winged Tiger and the newly inducted Undead Cosmic Fire Elemental- all of them being kicked out of the Dimensional Rift that was breaking down in a stellar fashion after Noah cleared everything within it.
The glimmering blue prompt telling Noah that the Cosmic Primordial Rift was added to Idle Mode flashed before his eyes as he smiled brightly, watching the figures of his Vassals coming their way as his body crackled with excitement in the skies, his voice echoing out slowly.
"Let me show you how I can achieve 100 True Blood within my body and attain the stage of a Higher Existence…"

His words were laced with confidence as he gazed at the two Undead Enders of Reality and Ragnar, these three beings all having different percentages of True Blood within their bodies as neither of them managed to reach 100%!
But if one added up all their progress and Noah's own progress…
"Haha, come!"
His commanding voice echoed out as his Vassals listened to it without a single complaint!
Their Daos were his.
Their Edicts were his.
Their concentration of True Blood…it was also his for the taking as he would take from each of them to elevate his tier of Existence from Lower to Higher!
