Standing outside the refining room, Mo Fei had a sudden strong sense of crisis in his mind.
“Get back.” Cried Mo Fei, startled.
Zheng Xuan and Mo Fei quickly flew backwards. Bang~ A loud explosion went off behind the two of them.
The door was blown to smithereens, and raging fire snakes burst out.
Mo Fei retreated too fast, stomped out of the room and rolled down the steps.
Behind, a rumbling aftershock kept ringing in Mo Fei’s ears.
Mo Fei covered his ears and his face turned pale.
“Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch.” The little golden flood dragon’s whining reached into his eyes. Mo Fei rolled his eyes, secretly thinking: Why the hell are you whining? I am the one who got hurt!
It was some time before the explosion behind them stopped.
Mo Fei looked at the room beyond recognition behind him and felt a deep chill in his heart.
Mo Fei swallowed a mouthful of saliva carefully, Yuan Yuan this fool, before he said that even if it exploded, he would only be bombed a hemiplegia, how can it be only hemiplegia? If I were in the room, there would be no piece left of me!

An old man came out of the magic weapon refining room, his hair covered with scrap iron, his clothes in tatters, and several cuts on his face.
Mo Fei looked at the old man, couldn’t help feeling panicked in the heart.
Looking at Mo Fei and Zheng Xuan, the old man asked suspiciously, “Who are you two? I don’t think I’ve seen you before!”
Mo Fei hesitated a bit and said, “We are sent from the task hall.”
The old man frowned, looking up and down at Mo Fei and Zheng Xuan, “The task hall sent you, you are both really weak!”
Mo Fei blushed and said, “Ashamed.”
The old man looked at Mo Fei and Zheng Xuan, muttering with some displeasure, “That bunch of bastards from the task hall! I let them send me some masters, but they always send some wastes here. I must go reason with them some other day!”
Mo Fei, “…”
The old man looked at Mo Fei and Zheng Xuan with displeasure and asked, “Have you ever learned how to refine magic weapons?”
Mo Fei shook his head and said quickly, “No.”
The old man frowned, disgusted, “Not at all?”
Mo Fei nodded. “No!”
The old man gave Mo Fei a hard stare, “You are so old and haven’t learnt it at all? Why don’t you kill yourself?”
Mo Fei hung his head in shame.
The old man pointed to a small pile of surviving ore and metal in the corner and asked Mo Fei, “Do you know those stones and metals?”
Mo Fei smiled awkwardly and said, “No.”
The old man frowned and said, “No? You don’t know and you can still smile? From which obscure village do you come from? You can even recognize such common ingredients?”
Mo Fei rubbed his nose and said, “I come from the wasteland-Chen Kingdom.”
The old man looked at Mo Fei surprisingly, “So you are from a place even birds wouldn’t poop there? That explains why you are so ignorant!”
Mo Fei lowered his head and did not dare to say anything more.
The old man turned to Zheng Xuan, eyes glistening, “Your qualification is not bad!”
Zheng Xuan respectfully cupped his hands, “You overpraise me.”
The old man nodded and said, “Yeah. If I had your qualifications, I would have made it to human class at the age of 15 or 16.”
Zheng Xuan’s face changed. “What you said is true.”
The old man eyed Zheng Xuan and asked, “What did the task hall send you for?”
Zheng Xuan frowned and said, “The people of the task hall have sent me here to help you take care of the furnace.”
The old man nodded and said, “Oh, so they sent you here to make fire for me. Those sons of a bitch! I told them I need some to make fire for me like years ago! And they only sent one here now? Those assholes! They only know how to get commission! Already be so sluggish!”
Zheng Xuan, “…”
The old man looked at Zheng Xuan and asked, “Have you ever learned how to make fire?”
