She furrowed her brows, not wanting to pay attention. However, the person behind her quickly caught up to her, taking three steps at once. Just as she walked out of the Benington family’s entrance, David Benington reached her.
He stood in front of her.
"Joanna, let’s talk."
Joanna Lawrence raised her head, looking at him coldly: "Get out of the way."
David didn’t move, looking down at the girl standing in front of him. He said with difficulty, "Joanna, could we talk? I have something to say to you."
