"What?" Feng Wuji’s mouth hung open, still holding a rag that nearly ended up in his mouth at Ye Guichen’s words. "Benefactor, are you serious?"
"Why would I lie to you?"
"But, why call you Grandmaster? Why not Master?"
Ye Guichen shrugged. "I don’t plan on taking any disciples right now. Even if Dragon Teeth’s leader came and called me Master, I wouldn’t agree. So, why should I take on a disciple? I’d rather take on a disciple’s grand-disciple directly."
"Pfft!" Su Jiu’er, who just took a sip of water, spat it out immediately.
This was pure provocation!
"What did you say? Even our leader isn’t qualified to be your disciple? Such arrogance! Don’t think that just because you know some minor cultivation techniques you can boast. How could you possibly know our leader’s skills?"
Dragon Teeth’s Red Dragon, Duan Nanye, was Su Jiu’er’s idol.

Su Ze’s eyes lit up. "Sounds good, Jiu’er. How about it, dare to bet?"
"Bet, bet my foot!" Feng Wuji jumped up. "We won’t bet! Why should we bet with you?"
Ye Guichen chuckled. "Why not? Let’s bet! But..."
Ye Guichen squinted, eyeing Su Ze and Su Jiu’er. "Your stakes are too weak. If Feng Wuji wins, you work in this restaurant for three months. Deal?"
"What? Work here? You’re dreaming!" Su Jiu’er almost jumped up.
"Heh, then no bet," Ye Guichen said nonchalantly.
Su Jiu’er was immediately dissatisfied.
This was a sure-win, and it would be troublesome to find another opportunity if Ye Guichen backed out.
"No, I’m in!" Su Jiu’er said, standing tall. "But can you keep your word?"
"Of course!" Ye Guichen nodded, pointing at Chu Tiange nearby. "Look, isn’t the big star here? She can be our witness."

"No problem," Chu Tiange agreed, not fully understanding the stakes but willing to comply with Ye Guichen’s request.
"Great, since it’s settled, hurry up and leave! Don’t disturb our business!" Ye Guichen didn’t hold back, giving a direct order.
Su Ze’s face turned blue and purple but didn’t argue. Three days later, he could capture Ye Guichen and humiliate him then.
With Chu Tiange present, the restaurant’s business surged.
By ten that night, the crowd began to thin out.
Seizing an opportunity, Zhao Erdan pulled Ye Guichen aside, giving him a thumbs up excitedly. "Boss, you’re amazing! Chu Tiange wants to endorse our restaurant. I can’t believe it! Do you know today’s business was booming just because she stood at the door? We probably made tens of thousands."
