Felix strapped on his headphones and increased the volume to the max. He was feeling intoxicated with the training sessions.
At Endurance training, where they were to sprint uphills, he had bound his legs together and hopped all the way to the top like a frog, and was still amongst the top first ten to arrive.
At strength training, where they were expected to hold up heavy collapsing structures for an extended period without rest, Felix had the time to carve a heart being pierced by what looked to be a dick and its drooping sacks, with his free hand.
At agility training, where they were to dodge unpredictable attacks, Felix’s moves were so fluid that one would think he was rather dancing to his favorite artist.
When Felix hit the hallways, now the rest of the candidates quickly stood to the sides to avoid bumping into him. If this were to be some kind of prison or juvie, then Felix would definitely be one of the shot callers.
At Weapon Mastery, where they were to make use of heavier versions of their choice of weapons, whilst others were struggling to lift theirs, Felix had performed a thousand slash with a sword twice his size and weight.
At sensory training, where they were blindfolded to sprint through a forest, dodging trees and obstacles with a wildfire raging behind, Felix was slinging from tree branches and blindly throwing rocks at other candidates like a monkey.
At tactical training, where they were to fight multiple opponents, Felix soloed five easy without the use of any skills.
One time when someone had spray-painted cuss words on his dorm room door, Felix had barged into the cafeteria, slammed the culprit’s face into his breakfast, and dragged him back to his room where a bucket with the essential cleaning materials were waiting. Surprisingly prepared by Kelly, who quickly got them ready as soon as Felix stormed out to catch the culprit.
And how did Felix know the culprit? They boasted about it to a friend who told a friend, and... yeah.
It did cost him a bit of espionage, abduction, and torture for someone to talk, though.
Felix wasn’t just dominating the training, he was taking it to the extreme for himself and was rewarded accordingly with attribute points. Coupled with the ones that still came in from Jessica, Felix was certain he would be leveling up real soon.
The training regime was already coming to an end, and it was going to be closed with a 1v1 and 5v5 tournament with a prize and trophies for the winners. And it was going to be hosted live on Earth for the world to see the prowess of their next champions.
Felix genuinely hoped he had nothing to do with it. But most importantly, what was his mom and best friend going to think of him when they see a baddie Felix standing at their door instead of the nerdy Felix?
"Hah~" Felix chuckled, part nervous and part amused, tugging at his hair.
But on the brighter side, with the debut of the tournament, Felix would be getting more subjects for the [Dominator] skill.

Felix activated his class system to see his progress so far.
He had gone up from an attribute of 8 to 11 in strength, but looking at his arms he couldn’t see even the slightest of a muscle forming.
Unlike his peers who were visibly getting fit, Felix’s body only got softer and glowed like his training was being converted to some kind of skincare routine. He also noticed his boobs and booty had gotten bigger in the slightest.
How did Felix know that? Because he checked that shit out in the mirror everyday, after observing his roommate unconsciously do so each time she stood before the mirror.
He didn’t understand why girls did that, though. But he sure did enjoy checking his out.
His Will and Luck attributes had also increased by one. These were attributes with no traditional way to increase or influence. It was all based on the said ’luck’.
Six more attributes to go for Physical and he would be leveling up to Level 1, and thereby would be exposed to his level 2 skill set when he used the [Overdeath] skill. But he would have to be careful using the skill in future battles, to avoid burning himself out and passing out in the enemy’s den.
He wasn’t sure what would happen when he got his total mental attributes (TMA) to 50, as it was close now. Though it’ll probably take a while.
Was he going to achieve some kind of enlightenment into his class system? Or maybe his abilities? Or was it going to just keep growing with no special effects milestones?
"I guess there’s only one way to find out."
His level 1 skills were now visibly on the [Skill Tree] since he used them on the spar with Jessica. But he had tried and discovered he couldn’t use them though they were now unlocked, without the help of the [Overdeath] skill. Except for the [Dominator] skill that blessed him ever since with 25% of Jessica’s grind.
But in a few days time, probably before the tournament, when he leveled up to Level 1, he should be able to use them freely without restrictions.
Felix sighed and fell back on his bed in exhaustion. He was just about to shut his eyes for a quick nap as it was already pretty late into the night, when a sharp rhythmic knock came on the door. Updates are released by novel⟡fire.net
