"Mr. Ouyang, I’m being very gentle already," Lin Yixun said weakly but with a mischievous spark in her eyes, secretly adding more pressure.
Earlier, Ouyang Hao had teased her, giving her a fright. She wasn’t one to take things lying down; she had to get back at him somehow.
Ouyang Hao gasped in pain, "You woman, don’t tell me that wasn’t on purpose!"
"Mr. Ouyang, applying medicine is supposed to hurt. How can you blame me?"
"You..." Ouyang Hao was at a loss for words, seething with rage, "Lin Yixun, just you wait, I’ll settle this score with you later!"
Settling scores was all well and good since this guy always had a sharp tongue but a soft heart. No matter how angry he got, he would never truly hurt her. Lin Yixun was well aware of this.
What she didn’t expect was that, even though Ouyang Hao wouldn’t really harm her, he would come up with new ways to "punish" her and would thoroughly enjoy it.
As soon as she finished applying the medicine and was about to sneak away, Ouyang Hao grabbed her by the collar and pulled her into a passionate French kiss. Just as Lin Yixun felt she couldn’t breathe, he bit down hard on her lower lip.
Feeling elated, he said, "Hmm, now we’re even."
Lin Yixun, holding her numb lips, regretted her actions deeply. How could she have forgotten that this guy was famously shameless and lacked any sort of decorum? She shouldn’t have tried to take advantage of him just now.
See, now she had both lost the woman and the troops.
Days passed by quietly, and before they knew it, they had been in Bali Island for over half a month. During this time, they had been working all day, every day; the entire team was utterly exhausted.
Luckily, only some of the new album’s tracks needed to be filmed in Bali Island, and after a busy half-month, they finally finished recording everything in Bali.
To reward the staff, the company granted them three days of free time to do as they pleased.
"How do you want to spend these three days?" Ouyang Hao asked Lin Yixun.
"Me?" Lin Yixun pointed at herself, laughing lightly, "I’m not familiar with this place, and I’m terrible with directions. I’d better just stay at the hotel."
Ouyang Hao sneered at this, "You finally get a trip abroad, and you plan to rot away in the hotel? That’s really boring!"
"I’ve always been boring," Lin Yixun rolled her eyes secretly and muttered.
"Nothing," Lin Yixun quickly shook her head.
"Forget it. With your short hair and short sight, it’s better for a master like me to take you around," Ouyang Hao grabbed her wrist and directly pushed her into the nanny car.
Lin Yixun struggled to free her hand from Ouyang Hao’s grasp and quickly looked around. Fortunately, there was no one else in the car; otherwise, there would have been gossip for sure.
With a sudden emptiness in his hand, Ouyang Hao’s face darkened. He swiftly put on his sunglasses and, before Lin Yixun had even settled in her seat, started the engine.
The car accelerated quickly, like an arrow shot from a bow. Lin Yixun’s heart raced as she hurriedly fastened her seatbelt.
"Mr. Ouyang, where are we going?"
"You’ll know when we get there."
Seeing Ouyang Hao’s not-so-good face and seemingly bad mood, Lin Yixun kept quiet, sitting silently by his side. Wherever he was taking her, at least he wouldn’t sell her off.
The car left the city center, drove past narrow country roads, and finally stopped at the entrance of a place that looked like a park.
Ouyang Hao got out of the car. Seeing Lin Yixun still sitting inside, he impatiently said, "What are you sitting there for? Get out!"
It was clear Mr. Ouyang was still in a foul mood. Lin Yixun wisely kept silent and followed him out of the car, walking through the gate behind him.
As they walked, she faintly heard the sound of waves. She sped up a few steps, and sure enough, she saw a stretch of blue not far ahead.
