Magic mentioned the Lucerne City business tenders. As the heir of the Lando Family, Wayne’s personal interests were highly tied to the Lando Family’s interests. The intelligence agency was eager to see Wayne stabilize his current social status and was willing to divulge some information to help the Lando Family’s business grow stronger.
In turn, Wayne would continue his old trade, transmitting information about the Tulip Family and the Royal Family to Frank.

Wayne took the briefcase, frowning, "If I agree, who do I contact in the future? I can’t possibly carry a radio around with me, there must be a contact person. Will it still be... Lily?"
"Lily won’t be returning to Windsor. She’s now a big star and will be responsible for publicity work in the future,"
Magic said, "If you want to see her, you can go to Paris."

After Magic left, Wayne put on white gloves and took the briefcase to his office to browse through its contents.

He looked through the documents in the case, taking the tea Mona handed him, shaking his head as he read, and occasionally smiling.
Mona peered over, her face close as her chest rested on Wayne’s shoulder, and after reviewing the documents she expressed surprise, "Boss, where did you get such prime information? It’s all business partnership details. This must have cost a pretty penny, right?"
Wayne patted his chest, instructing Mona to copy down a few important documents, then he took the briefcase and returned to Wayne Manor.
Once home, he immediately went to the basement, accessed the complex sewer system, and made his way to the private villa of the Lando Manor’s young master.
Austin wasn’t home, nor was Megan, but Wayne made contact with him and waited over afternoon tea.
Austin looked gloomy. The King Kong movie wasn’t completely out yet, and that gloom was likely to stay for a while.
"Frank’s intelligence organization got in touch with me. This is their welcome gift." Wayne summarized briefly and pushed the briefcase in front of Austin.
Austin took a good half hour to inspect it, his gloomy expression somewhat eased, "I like the romance of Frank’s folks, as well as their ignorance and generosity."
"I get it, even the people of Frank have their good points, right?" Wayne commented mockingly.
He thought as a big capitalist, Austin wouldn’t hold stereotypes against Frank, but it seemed he had underestimated the hundred-year friendship between the two countries.
"Exactly," Austin said.
Austin closed the briefcase and sized up Wayne, satisfied, "It wasn’t in vain that I invested and placed my bets on you. I’m finally seeing the returns."
"Indeed, you even gave me your daughter."
Austin’s relaxing face darkened again, changing the subject, "Since you’ve come to me today, I also have an important piece of news for you."
"Is the Magic Department causing trouble again?"
Wayne was alarmed; things had just started to settle down, it had not been that long, couldn’t they just research magic quietly like him?

Wayne nodded in understanding. After all, the Holy Maiden was expected to remain pure for the sake of faith, and with Veronica in love with him, the teacher wouldn’t act like an old witch to tear them apart.
