After regaining his composure, Ichiryu charged at Rai again. This time, he discarded his weapon and fought barehanded.
Rai, seeing Ichiryu’s attack, also charged forward. When they were close, Rai swung his weapon at Ichiryu, but Ichiryu dodged to the side.
Instantly, Ichiryu countered with a powerful kick, catching Rai off guard. Rai tumbled to the side, rolling several times before stopping.
"I got too careless," Rai said, grinning as he adjusted his stance.
"Shadow Clone Technique!"

Five minutes passed. Finally, Ichiryu managed to overpower Rai, knocking him to the ground.
"I have to say, I’m impressed. You were surprisingly tough! But it ends here. You’re eliminated," Ichiryu said, clearly exhausted as he approached Rai and grabbed his balloon.
Hiroshi had been watching the fight intently.
I underestimated Rai’s strength. He’s quite powerful, though his training style is unconventional. If Ichiryu had rested, he might not have won, Hiroshi thought.
"Yeah, I saw that too. Rai is really strong. We all underestimated him," Harumiko said, turning to Hiroshi with a smile.
Ichiryu and the defeated Rai stood still, neither moving.
"Alright, I’m not going to waste any more time with you. Go take a rest! And don’t worry, I’ll take care of your Hiroshi and the others!" Ichiryu said, brimming with confidence as he held Rai’s balloon.
Rai said nothing, knowing Hiroshi’s plan was about to come to fruition.
"No last words? Then get eliminated already. I’m too tired to talk," Ichiryu said, and with a slight squeeze, he popped the balloon on Rai’s back.
To Ichiryu’s astonishment, the balloon he’d just popped was his own. He still believed it was Rai’s, due to his overconfidence in his hiding skills.
"Alright, Hiroshi, it’s your turn next!" Ichiryu declared, turning towards Hiroshi with a triumphant grin.
Hiroshi remained silent, a knowing smile playing on his lips as he glanced at Harumiko and Rai’s sister.
"What’s with those expressions? So disgusting! Your teammate’s just been eliminated, and you’re still smiling? You guys are incredibly bold!" Ichiryu exclaimed, noticing their amused expressions.
