The person whose balloon Hiroshi popped was completely out of the fight. He willingly accepted elimination because he knew he wasn’t as strong.

Hiroshi had eliminated the entire team. The last member was quickly taken out by Harumiko and her two teammates.
"I didn’t expect them to be so strong. I’ll have to train harder and improve quickly, or facing opponents this strong will be a problem in the future!"
Hiroshi then slowly walked toward Harumiko and her team.
"Looks like Hiroshi has taken out their leader. Now we just need to deal with the last one," Harumiko thought, watching Hiroshi approach.
Harumiko, using all her strength, quickly ran toward the last enemy.
"Damn it! I’m the last one left! What do I do? What do I do? I should run!" The last opponent panicked and retreated.
"Trying to run? No way!" Harumiko instantly disappeared and pursued him.
In under a minute, Harumiko popped the last person’s balloon. Harumiko’s strength is truly impressive!
"Great, we’ve eliminated that team. Now let’s continue deeper into the forest. From what I can see, there are probably two or three teams left," Hiroshi said, smiling, as he joined Harumiko.
Harumiko nodded, smiling, and the four of them continued deeper into the forest.
"Attention everyone, only two teams remain!"
A voice echoed through the air as they walked.
Hiroshi and his team stopped, smiling. Then, turning, he said, "I didn’t expect only two teams to be left. Besides us, there should only be one team left. If I’m not mistaken, it must be Itachi Uchiha’s team!"
"If that’s true, things will be difficult. Itachi’s strength is similar to yours, and we don’t know how many people are left on their team," Harumiko said, frowning.
Hiroshi smiled, shook his head, and said, "Don’t worry. With me here, we’re guaranteed to be the champions!"
