Just as Hiroshi finished speaking, Itachi Uchiha and his team tried to escape, but it was too late.
Before Itachi could finish, he was ensnared by the ropes and hung in the air.
"Didn’t expect that, did you? You’re unlucky today. I can’t believe you tried to ambush us. You were too naive!" Hiroshi clapped his hands, approaching Itachi with a smile.
Itachi, hanging in the air, was furious. "mean! You’re despicable!"
Hiroshi scoffed. "Even now, you still say that? You’re quite stubborn, aren’t you?"
"Damn it! I may have fallen for your trick this time, but I’ll get you back someday!" Itachi said, gritting his teeth.
"You’re quite defiant, aren’t you?" Hiroshi said, watching Harumiko and the others tie up Itachi’s teammates.
The battle was decided. Hiroshi and his team were the victors. Itachi was hanging helplessly, disarmed, like a lamb to the slaughter.
"I have to admit, I was a little worried you’d pull some trick. I didn’t expect to fall for this," Itachi said defiantly.
Anyone in his position would feel the same; to be defeated before even a proper fight.
"Don’t worry, I’ll fight you again someday. But for this competition, I’m sorry, I have to win," Hiroshi said, smiling.
After securing Itachi’s teammates, Harumiko approached Hiroshi. "Hiroshi, they’re helpless. Should we pop their balloons?"
Hiroshi nodded. "Okay, I’ll take care of Itachi."
Harumiko nodded and stood beside them.
"Alright, Itachi, you’re defenseless. This competition has gone on long enough. It’s time to end it," Hiroshi said, approaching Itachi.
Itachi laughed. "Good. Hiroshi, I’ll remember this. I’ll get you back!"
Hiroshi nodded. "Anytime."
Hiroshi popped Itachi’s balloon.
"Great, we’ve taken care of them!" Hiroshi said, releasing Itachi.
Hiroshi stretched and walked over to Harumiko and the others.
"I said we’d go in as many as we came out. How about that?" Hiroshi said, smiling.
