"Burp, so full!" Hiroshi said with a laugh after finishing his meal.
"I really need to work harder. My current strength is still too weak," Hiroshi thought to himself, smiling.
"Ding! Host has finished eating. Mental strength +1."
Hiroshi was completely used to the system’s voice in his head by now.
No matter what he was doing, it would chime in from time to time.
"Kushina-aunt, are you full?" Hiroshi asked, smiling at Kushina.
Kushina finished the last of her rice soup. "I’m full, Hiroshi. Are you?"
Hiroshi nodded, smiling, then stood up. "I’m full, Kushina-aunt. You should rest or get some exercise. I’ll wash the dishes."
With that, Hiroshi started clearing the dishes. Seeing him, Kushina smiled and went outside to exercise.
"Life is truly wonderful! A little exercise after a meal helps with digestion!" Kushina said happily from the yard.
Seeing Kushina so cheerful, Hiroshi smiled and carried the dishes into the kitchen.
"Okay, time to wash these. I need to get to school soon!" Hiroshi said, smiling as he began washing.
The most carefree people here were the ordinary villagers and retired ninjas. They lived happily and without worry, free from concerns.
But many people didn’t want that kind of life.
"If I ever get the chance, I’d really love to experience life elsewhere. There’s more to the ninja world than just Konoha.
Other countries might be nice too!" Hiroshi thought to himself while washing the dishes.
"It would be too boring to go alone, though. At least I have Harumiko now; we can travel together someday!"
"Speaking of Harumiko, I should teach her another jutsu. She’s very talented, but she knows so few. If she continues , she’ll be surpassed soon. That would make both of us unhappy," Hiroshi stopped washing, lost in thought.
Hiroshi’s feelings for Harumiko were very special. She was his first love, and he felt he would be remiss if he didn’t support her.
"Okay, that’s decided. I’ll take a few days off and teach Harumiko some jutsu when I have time. But for now, I should hurry and finish these dishes. I need to get to school and can’t be late!"
Hiroshi quickly resumed washing the dishes.
Soon, he had finished washing everything. He dried his hands and walked out of the kitchen, seeing Kushina standing in the yard.
"Kushina-aunt, I’m off to school. I’ll be back for lunch!" Hiroshi said with a smile.
