She’s about to give birth; they shouldn’t be chatting so much," Hiroshi murmured with a smile, seeing that Harumiko hadn’t come out yet. He commented on the length of their conversation.
"No, if I don’t let them talk now, there won’t be another chance. I know what’s coming. If I don’t let Harumiko and Kushina-aunt talk now, there won’t be another chance," Hiroshi said sadly, remembering the Nine-Tailed Fox’s attack on Konoha. He was reminded of a future event.
Hiroshi’s smile faded. He sat down. He sat down and felt troubled.

Lost in thought, Hiroshi soon fell asleep. This was a major worry for him. He fell asleep while worrying.
After Hiroshi fell asleep, Harumiko and Kushina had finished their conversation. Kushina got out of bed.
"Aunt, please stay in bed! I need to go out with Hiroshi. It’s Saturday, and we planned to go out yesterday," Harumiko said. She explained their plans.
"Hiroshi said he’d visit you this morning, so I came along. It’s getting late; I should go with Hiroshi," Harumiko continued. She explained her presence.
"We’ve been bothering you; you need to rest. Don’t strain yourself!" Harumiko said with a smile, helping Kushina out of bed. She helped Kushina out of bed.
Kushina nodded. "Harumiko, don’t worry. I’m fine. Go have fun with Hiroshi. It’s getting late. Don’t worry about me. Minato will be here soon," she reassured Harumiko. She reassured Harumiko.
Harumiko nodded, said goodbye, and left the ward. She left the ward.
"Hiroshi fell asleep! Is he tired or something?" Harumiko whispered, smiling as she saw Hiroshi sleeping nearby. She noticed Hiroshi sleeping.
"Hiroshi, Hiroshi, wake up! Let’s go!" Harumiko said with a smile, approaching him. She woke him up.
Hiroshi hadn’t been sleeping deeply and woke up to Harumiko’s voice. He opened his eyes and saw Harumiko.
"Harumiko, you’re out! Is Kushina-aunt still inside?" Hiroshi asked with a smile. He asked about Kushina.
Harumiko nodded. Hiroshi went back into the ward to say goodbye to Kushina and then left the hospital with Harumiko. They left the hospital.
