"Wow, I didn’t expect to see Sasuke’s mother here for a checkup. And is that Itachi with her?" Uzumaki Hiroshi stared at them.
Based on the timeline, it was indeed Sasuke’s mother and brother. Naruto and Sasuke were around the same age, so their birthdays were close.
