Meanwhile, the fireball he just dodged traveled a few more meters before exploding with a loud boom. The shockwave, along with the heat, directly hit him.
Kyojuro couldn't help but curse out loud and immediately used the Substitution Jutsu to avoid the shurikens.

The shurikens Seimei launched hit a log of wood, and the shockwave of the fireball's explosion made dust erupt, covering his vision.
Kyojuro was nowhere to be seen.

Seimei immediately scanned the area while preparing his own Jutsu.
Meanwhile, Kyojuro finished his hand seals.

Kyojuro shot a bullet-sized rock from his mouth, which flew toward Seimei at an astonishing speed. As the bullet neared Seimei, its size increased from a bullet to a huge boulder of 1.5 meters in diameter.
Seimei effortlessly dodged it, completed his hand signs, and released his own Ninjutsu.
Wind Release: Great Breakthrough
A strong gust of wind was blown from Seimei's mouth, covering the entire dueling arena. The gust of wind was as devastating as a category-4 typhoon, blowing out both the dust covering Kyojuro and Kyojuro himself.
Such large-scale Ninjutsu astonished both Kyojuro and those who witnessed it, making it hard to believe it was just a C-rank Ninjutsu.

A jet of high-pressure water came out of Seimei's mouth, accurately targeting the place where Kyojuro hid underground.

Kyojuro also felt the ground shake and tried to flee from his current location.
