A few minutes back Linley was rushing with the faster speed he could muster towards Tsunade when he saw the first Meteor and the statue of Tsunade holding it up.
He activated his eyes and was leaking an incredible amount of killing intent that had a solid form which pushed the rain aside.
When he saw the meteor stopped and just before he could celebrate he saw the second one crash on the first one and smoke coming from the wood statue before collapsing.

As Linley was running towards the place he felt time trying to stop for him and made him slow down while screaming inside him to go faster...
He knew this must be Tsunade's eyes Dojutsu of Eternal Sharingan as she must have tried to buy time in order to recover somehow...
He didn't know for how long he felt time trying to tie him down but then the feeling disappears and a loud crash was heard making him see something transparent from two sides blowing away the meteors that were in the air frozen.

Linley started screaming in his mind from the pain in his right eyes before a second Tomoe was formed there, now he had 1 tomoe on each of his eyes...
After 10-15 minutes passed or so he thought the pain finally passed and made him feel powerful like never before, he could feel the control over his elements being on a whole different level.

Within 1 second he covered 500 meters almost like teleportation and kept going forward, within the next 4 seconds he had reached 5 km away from Tsunade where he saw Madara almost plucking her eye out...
He raised his palm and from his fingers, 5 chakra elements came out fusing at the tip of his nails before making a slashing motion.
At that moment the hand of Madara was completely cut off from Tsunade's eye that was bleeding, leaving him unable to realise what cut it off as even with the Rinne-Sharingan he couldn't see any element.
