She determined she would start with [Origin Point] and selected the screen, leading to a new window popping up:

[Through Mysterious Hatching]
Although she knew she was being reincarnated and not transmigrated, she still wasn't ready for this choice. She was an orphan in her past life, kicked out of her orphanage the year she would become an adult, causing her quite the amount of problems actually, but let's ignore that for now. She finished school and traveled, starting an organization, all while never receiving any form of affection, so not wanting to be hurt if this happened again she was wary of the first choice.
Thea then thought about the second choice and how it would be guaranteed that she would be born alone, which would allow her to at least prepare for that. That might however mean she wouldn't be born somewhere safe and risking it to be born and survive getting eaten at level 1 didn't seem like the intelligent choice so she picked the first option.
A new window then popped up when she picked [Through Birth]:

Interested in the last choice Thea inspected it and read:
[Mother Capable of Birthing Yourself: A mother with proportional strength and characteristics to how you have modified yourself. 1 000 DP]
'Wouldn't this make my mother super strong?' Thea thought to herself.
Interested by the idea of having an exceptionally strong mother she selected the last option.
Unknown to her, for now, having her mother have similar characteristics as her, set her up for some interesting times in the future.
When she paid the price for the choice she was brought back to the same screen she was seeing for the fifth and last time.
[Mentality]
The last tab.
Thea was left with nothing else to do but select this option. In front of her was a screen with only one thing on it. An axis with the percentages from 0 to 100 labeled in even spaces. On this line was a thin pointer showing where on the scale you currently were, now, it was pointing at 50%.
When Thea inspected the line, its description came up:
[An axis showing how many emotions you will psychologically have, when reborn. Pointer is adjustable.]
Thea stared blankly at the description for a few minutes. Thinking, if she set the pointer at 0% she would become an emotionless husk and if she set the scale to 100% she wouldn't have control over her emotions. Wanting to enjoy life she set the pointer at 75%, giving her enough control to hide her emotions if she would need, but not block them out while also having enough to enjoy and feel all emotions normally.
While Thea was correct with this reasoning, she wasn't normal, in her past life at least. She never cried when she died and her lack of love life in her last life was due to her being known as cold and uncaring. If we were to put her mentality of her last life on a scale, she would be located around the 45% mark. This would lead to Thea being unsure of her emotions at times in her new life. But back to the present.
Thea confirmed 75% emotions, not needing to pay, as this was the only truly free customization. The screen closed. There weren't any new windows that opened, she was just in space now, looking at the massive world in front of her, having nothing to do but count stars.
After what she felt like an eternity a new window opened.
[Initializing Reincarnation]
Then it was replaced by another window.
[Locating Mother Capable of Birthing Yourself With Suitable 24 Week Old Fetus]
This window stayed there for a while until it was replaced by a third window and Thea, in soul form started flying towards Terah with incomparable speeds, presumably because a mother with the specific conditions was found.
[Tweaking Soul To Fit Modified Body and Mind]
This was when Thea started feeling mind numbing pain, the process of her soul being altered caused unimaginable pain and it only got increasingly worse. Thea was screaming, trying to cry from the pain until her mind gave up resisting and blacked out.
