If the dream is true, could it be that Mu Nianqing is the life savior I had been searching hard for?
“In this case, why don’t we go upstairs and talk?” Mu Nianqing said mellowly, gesturing for him to follow her upstairs.
Seeing the people around him, he thought that it was indeed not an appropriate place to talk. Xi Mubai did not turn her down and hence, followed her upstairs and entered the room while everyone gawked curiously.
Chu Ci’s modeling agency was very generous to its artists, and would arrange for them to have proper lodging and meals. Mu Nianqing stayed in that room that was decorated warmly and seemed rather comfortable.
Xi Mubai looked around and took the teacup from Mu Nianqing. “He smiled warmly and asked, “Miss Mu, you let me in without hesitation. Aren’t you worried that I might be a crook?”
“Mr. Xi, you’re the Young Master of the Xi Family and I’m just an insignificant model. I don’t think you’d be of any harm to me.” Mu Nianqing smiled quietly and expressed her knowledge of his identity.
Xi Mubai was slightly stunned to hear that she knew who he was.
“Actually, if I didn’t study abroad, I would have been admitted to Capital University too. Young Master Xi, you’d be my senior! Capital University is very famous, and you’re popular in school too, so I’d of course, know who you are. It’s not surprising that I recognized you.”
Her explanation was apt and he did not feel disgusted at all. Instead, he got a good impression of her. Of course, that was not the point. Xi Mubai did not delve into it, and simply pretended to be casual. He then unlocked his mobile phone and played a song.

Feeling peculiar about the nursery rhyme she had just heard, Mu Nianqing asked in bewilderment, “Young Master Xi, what does this mean?”
“Have you ever heard this song?” Xi Mubai’s gaze was deep and he asked a little eagerly.
Mu Nianqing gave it some thought and reckoned that he must have had a reason for asking so. She nodded gently and answered, “Of course I have. This is a nursery rhyme called “Fireflies fly”, right?”

At this moment, Mu Nianqing vaguely determined that Xi Mubai was looking for someone. On top of that, he had no idea who the person was.
